About this space
"Avery Creek" is a secluded mountain getaway situated on 17 acres 10 mins west of Golden town center. Avery Creek runs through the property and feeds into a large pond. Inside the cabin, 3 bedrooms are located in the walk out basement and the 4th bedroom is the loft with ensuite and walk in closet. The main floor has the living room, large dining room and kitchen with reading nook and 1/2 bath. The property is a great destination for everyone to relax.
The space
Go hiking or snowshoeing right from your front door on the trails on the property. 3 kids kayaks are included with rental. Front entrance has tons of space for everyone's gear. A wood burning fireplace in the basement keeps the cabin cozy in the winter months. The living room has a propane fireplace, tons of books, movies and board games. Enjoy beautiful summer nights in the screened in porch. The dining table has seating for everyone.

We are a family from Calgary that love Golden for the hiking/ exploring in the summer and skiing in the winter. We feel like we have a little piece of paradise and want to share the experience with others.
