Sweet Haven Cabin
On a scale of 1 to 10, this cabin would be a 6.5. If you book this cabin make sure you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, the road conditions are rough, gravel and the cabin is at the very top. It is about a 20 to 25 minute drive to Pigeon Forge. The pictures on Aardvark's website are not up-to-date: no flat screen TV in living room, different kitchen table, hardwood floor in 1st floor bedroom and no TV in loft bedroom, and the area with the pool table is not as large as shown, wall was built to add a media room. Was clean upon arrival, beds not very comfortable and we made sure we were back in the cabin before it was dark out since the roads were very narrow and winding did not want to make the trip in the dark. The porch area was not clean, chairs very old and dirty, outside grill dirty. Would not stay here again simply because we saw many nicer cabins and ones closer to the area attractions. Whole family admitted to being a little on edge of the remoteness of the cabin location. If you would need any type of assistance not sure how you would get it. Also, no cell phone or internet service.
