The space
The Casita at Casa Roca is a 700 square feet guesthouse with private entry patio. It includes a kitchen, small bathroom, and laundry room.

THE CASITA

The Casita at Casa Roca is a spacious studio apartment with a generous open ceiling. The bedroom and living room are combined. There is a separate kitchen, small bathroom and laundry room.

There is no TV which creates a serene vibe to the space. There is excellent wi-fi, video projector, and a Bluetooth speaker, as well lots of board games.

The Casita is ideal for one person or two if you enjoy sleeping close to each other. The bed is a standard sized "double" (75"x54"), which is a little bit smaller than a queen size bed. The mattress is a comfortable Sleep Master 10-Inch Smooth Top Therapeutic Memory Foam mattress. Please note: the bed may not be the right fit for tall or large couples. Single guests and most couples, however, will find the bed very comfortable.

There is no formal desk, but the kitchen table can be used as a work space.

YOUR PATIO

The Casita has its own private entrance with public street parking directly in front of your patio entrance.

The patio gives you a private entrance as well as quiet meditative space with lounge chairs that are perfect for sunshine or shade.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Casa Roca is located facing a cute neighborhood park, just off the Historic 4th Avenue. There is a splash pad, lots of grass, big pine trees, palm trees, and one beautiful sycamore tree. The park is perfect for a sunset picnic.

You can walk to restaurants on University, 4th Avenue and Downtown within minutes. Rent-able e-scooters and bikes are found in the park facing Casa Roca. The streetcar is five blocks away, as is one of West University's most iconic restaurants--Time Market, which features excellent pastries, coffee, pizza, salads, sandwiches, beer and wine.

Despite being located in the heart of Tucson's entertainment district, your Casita is tucked away beside some of Tucson's most historic homes. The train running through Downtown is faint enough to be charming. Quiet after 9pm is typical among neighbors. Your privacy is paramount to us. For your security, we have security cameras exclusively on the exterior perimeters of the property.

THE HOSTS
Ben and Cliff are the hosts. They live in the main house with their son and two dogs (hypoallergenic Doodles).

Your Casita is entirely private from the main house. There is a beautiful shared oasis between the main house and your Casita.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
We love to keep the Casita sparkling clean so before every new guest we have the entire Casita professionally cleaned. For longer stays we include weekly light professional cleaning.
