This apartment with a living space of 110 square meters is an experience in colours, light and elegance. The furniture’s are carefully selected to meet high standards and the outfitting well thought through. It is brand new (finished in July 2006) and from the terrace on the ground floor and from the balcony on the first floor there is at stunning view over the Mediterranean Sea, the Greek island Meis and the charming fishing village of Kas. The apartment is situated only 5-10 minutes walk from the harbour, the old town of Kas and an attractive swimming area. The property has it own parking space and from the terrace there is direct access to a common area with 30 square meter pool and outdoor barbeque space. This area is shared with only two other apartments in the building. Two of the apartments are owned by us and can be rented together, ideal for two families.

The Mediterranean Pearl 2 is situated in the Southernmost corner of the building. On the ground floor is a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, small freezer, combined oven and microwave oven and dishwasher. The living room has a dining table for 6 persons, Casa-sofa and flat screen TV. Finally there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. On first floor you find the main sleeping room with double bed, and a third bed, a smaller bedroom with a double bed. Both rooms are equipped with big roomy wardrobes. On this floor you also find the main bathroom with two washbasins, bath and shower and last but not least; a window with a view of the Mediterranean Sea.

At one of the southern most points of Turkey you find this small paradise, an idyllic fishing town with 8000 inhabitants. Kas is situated in a unique and beautiful nature directly by the Mediterranean Sea and by the foot of the green Taurus Mountains. The Town i situated centrally to the Dalaman airport (2 ¾ hours drive) and Antalya airport (2 ½ hours drive). The drive on the costal road is a beautiful experience in it self. A lot of artists has settled in Kas and contributed to the relaxed and inspiring atmosphere. In the stone paved alleys your find a variety of cosy restaurants, small shops and beautiful old houses. Your can make a good deal on the big marked every Friday. Silver, Pashmina scarfs and leather goods are among the good offers! There is some small Bed & Breakfast’s and a few larger hotels but no disgusting large hotel complexes. Kas is a fashionable town and it is not allowed to build any new building more than three stories tall.

  • The main bathroom on first floor is equipped with two washbasins, bath and shower and least but not less; a window with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. The bathroom on the ground floor has shower and toilet. Take a look at the pictures, they are really nice bathrooms.

Als wir in der Ferienwohnung eintrafen, waren wir schon hell begeistert! Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr geschmacksvoll und äusserst modern eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Bau ist sehr europäisch gehalten wie auch das Material, somit haben Sie keine Qualitätseinbussen. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und zu Hause. Ausserdem möchten wir noch die gigantische Aussicht aufs Meer und auf ganz Kas erwähnen. Diese Aussicht kann man auch beim aufwachen im Schlafzimmer mittels riesen Fenster geniessen. Sehr raffiniert ist auch das Badezimmer mit einem Sichtfenster durch das Schlafzimmer auf das Meer hinaus, traumhaft!

Empfehlenswert: im Pool schwimmen während man die Aussicht geniesst.

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Sehr schöner Flachbildschirm jedoch 1000 Kanäle wovon vielleicht max. 10 zu gebrauchen waren.

Liebe Vermieter! Herzlichsten Dank, dass wir bei ihnen zu Gast sein durften. Wir fühlten uns wunderbar wohl in ihrer so geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichteten Wohnung mit diesem Traumblick auf Kas und das Meer. Schöner und ruhiger kann man nicht im Urlaub wohnen! Großen Dank an die äußerst liebe "Betreuungsfee" Arzum und für die netten morgentliche "Brotliefung" durch den aufmerksamen Gärtner (leider konnten wir seinen Namen nicht verstehen), der immer so lieb überall alles aufräumte und säuberte.

P.S.: Die Kätzchen vermissen wir doch sehr!

Die Angaben des Vermieters entsprechen voll und ganz der Wohung, nur das der Blick im original noch viel schöner ist :)

Der Zustand der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Sie ist sauber und sehr gut gepflegt.

Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter bzw. Vorort war ausgezeichnet.

Beste Empfelungen für dieses Feriendomizil.

Freizeitgestaltung: Tauchen (14 Tauchschulen) wir empfehlen Mavi Diving & Anemon Diving, Paragliding,Canyoning,Kajaktouren, Tagesausflüge zu Sehenwürdigkeiten (Kalkan,Kekova,Fethiye,Myra).

Restaurants: Sehr große Auswahl an guten Restaurants. Unsere Empfehlung: NUR-alla Cart-Restaurant, Bi Lokma und Sultan Garden Restaurant am Hafen.

Unsere schönsten Ferien

Kas ist fantastisch! Es gibt sogar eine Migros und weitere gute Supermarkts. Das tägliche Einkaufen und Hinaufwandern ist anspruchsvoll aber wir hätten nicht auf den Spaziergang verzichten wollen. Dafür ist die Aussicht auch durch nichts zu übertreffen. Die "Perle am Mittelmeer 2" ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Noch wohler hätten wir uns natürlich gefühlt, wenn wir den Pool nicht hätten teilen müssen. Aber vor und nach dem Strand Besuch fanden sich meistens genügend Zeit, in der wir den Pool für uns hatten. Strom und Wasserunterbrüche hielten sich zum Glück in Grenzen.
Die malerische lykische Küste hat mich zu diversen Werken inspiriert. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder nach Kas.
PS: vergessen Sie bitte nicht, die lieben Quartierkatzen Ülegüle, Izmir, Izmirina, Yusuf, Memet1, Memet2, und Memet3 mit Hindisalami und Whiskas zu füttern und frisches Wasser zu reichen. Für liebevollen Umgang mit unseren Terrassentieren auf Zeit danken wir ganz herzlich, Irene & Thorsten

sehr schöne Wohnung ,Top Zustand wie beschrieben.
Straße zur Wohnung sehr steil,nicht asphaltiert
Auto vorteilhaft
Owner's Response: Die letzten 75 von die ins gesamt 500 Meter von Kas Stadtmitte und Strand zu dem Wohnung ist steil. Die Hohe Lage des Appartements gibt den hervorragenden Aussicht. Der Weg ist mit Offenporiger Asphalt belegt, aber außer dem Fahrtspuren gibt es vorübergehend kleine Steine wo man aufpassen soll wenn man da geht. Es ist möglich Taxi oder anderen Auto Möglichkeiten zu benutzen.

09. September 2006: „Hallo Familie Lenbroch, Ihre Wohnung war ein Traum. (Wir haben sogar überlegt die obige Wohnung zu kaufen, jedoch fanden wir den Preis sehr hoch). Aber mit Sicherheit werden wir weitere Urlaube bei Ihnen buchen. Yosuf kam jeden Morgen und Abend zur Poolpflege und Gartenpflege und brachte jeden Morgen Brot. Am Anreisetag musste er leider 90 Minuten auf uns warten, weil wir Probleme in Antalya hatten. Trotzdem wartete er die ganze Zeit auf uns. Kann denn der Service noch besser sein? Wir sagen für alles herzlichen Dank und freuen uns auf weitere Urlaube in Ihrem Haus! Ihr Björn Steinke aus Dortmund“
