• THIS IS A VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT UNDER THE NORTH CAROLINA VACATION RENTAL ACT. THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT ARE DEFINED BY LAW AND INCLUDE UNIQUE PROVISIONS PERMITTING THE DISBURSEMENT OF RENT PRIOR TO TENANCY AND EXPEDITED EVICTION OF TENANTS. YOUR SIGNATURE ON THIS AGREEMENT OR PAYMENT OF MONEY OR TAKING POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY AFTER RECEIPT OF THE AGREEMENT IS EVIDENCE OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND YOUR INTENT TO USE THIS PROPERTY FOR A VACATION RENTAL.
  
  In consideration of the advance rent payment received and the mutual promises herein, the Owner of the subject property, through Atlantic Sun Properties, Inc., his agent, does hereby lease and rent to Tenant the certain property described within for the following terms and conditions.
  1. Reservation Deposit: Within 7 days of receiving this form, tenant agrees to pay a reservation deposit consisting of ½ of the Rental Amount and Administration Fee.
