My brother is a small business owner, and I am an administrator with the government. We have co-ownership of the property, and enjoy coming to Tilghman for R & R since we were kids. As a past-time from my youth, I liked to paint and sketch scenes of the Knapp's Narrows bridge, boats, and buildings. My brother enjoys boating and fishing. I love the small town charm Tilghman has to offer.
As a young girl, my mother and her father would take the ferry across the Chesapeake Bay, to take day trips to Tilghman, to go fishing. Our mother enjoyed everything about the Chesapeake Bay, and it was her dream to have a home on the lot her father purchased in the depression. For many years our parents enjoyed living in this home, which later was passed down to us. My brother and I have a special fondness for the fishing and crabbing experiences we have had in Tilghman, and as generations before us have had.
