First of all read all the reviews below for this year because they are all accurate and I am not going to repeat what has already been said except for one thing, David is amazing! He does everything that you would expect from a five star hotel, except his price is much more reasonable. The condo location is so good you forget about being "ski in ski out". Get up in the morning in time for French toast at Kneaders, a two minute walk from the condo. Have your Starbucks fix so close that you can't count the walk as exercise. Walk over to Whole Foods for a pint of their lobster bisque and a fresh baguette for lunch. Have dinner at any one of the restaurants within a short walk. Make sure you test the local brew at RedRock! This condo is so convenient to everything you will not want to check out. The condo itself is awesome (again,read the other reviews!) I loved sitting and taking in the view. David provides you with plenty entertainment options within the condo, from music to movies, whatever your needs may be.

We had a great time skiing at Canyons and staying at the condo made it perfect. We have been to many ski areas but this combination really makes us want to return next year.

Absolutely wonderful rental experience. So appreciated music, hot tub,computer, stocked kitchen (spices, sugar, coffee filters etc) lovely vase of flowers and owner's time spent orienting us to all the amentities. He was very gracious. Felt like he gave us the key to his "home". Property was more than "as advertized". Highly reccomend.
When inquiring w/ VRBO, he was quick to respond to our request and answered all our questions. I did not hear from other owners.

Perfect Sundance Getaway

Spent opening weekend of Sundance at the condo with 6 friends - it was a perfect home base for all the fun. The condo itself is in great shape, and plenty spacious. Restaurants, bars, bowling, liquor store, grocery store and anything else you could need within walking distance in the Newpark area. Getting into town to ski or party was a quick (and free) shuttle ride away. David was great - smooth transaction from start to finish.

Our group of 4 had a great time at the townhouse and can't complain about a single thing. Its in a great location and David took the time to explain how everything worked and made many helpful suggestions. We recommend this property to others and will definitely look at returning.

Everything about our stay was great. The jacuzzi was nice after a day of skiing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, the gas fireplace was easy and the washer/dryer was convenient to have in the condo. The location cannot be better since pretty much everything such as grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, rentals, etc are all within walking distance. The trail was really nice for a stroll. The owner took the time to meet us and explained how everything worked. We had a great week of skiing. Thanks for everything.
