Enjoy your visit while staying at our luxury Townhome at Newpark Resort, located within minutes of the 'Greatest Snow on Earth'. Free shuttle bus service is available to the ski resorts as well as historic Main Street in old town Park City.
The home borders the 1,000 acre Swaner preserve allowing for immediate access to local trails and wildlife. It is located within easy walking distance of movie theatres, fine dining, indoor athletic facilities, and unique shops.
This home is fully furnished and sleeps seven. It features two master suites, three full bathrooms, three flat screen TVs, Internet Access, DVD and CD players, surround sound, gas fireplace, private garage, adjacent covered parking, and a full kitchen with all amenities. The two decks allow for fabulous views of the valley and the surrounding mountains. The lower deck features a private hot tub for your relaxation and enjoyment.
Rentals will be on a first-come, first served basis. Please: no smoking, limited pets. See the rates for each season, plus end of stay cleaning fee ($125). Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged. Discounts available depending on length of stay and manner of payment. Valid Credit Card info required for security charges, should they be necessary, with Property Damage insurance options available, with no deductible.

I love to come here, during all seasons, to enjoy the peaceful, beautiful and more natural lifestyle. Transportation is siimple, whether arriving via Interstate Freeway or flying in to the convenient Salt Lake International Airport, about 30 miles away. Travel between places of interest in Park City Old Town or the three local ski resorts (Deer Valley, Park City, Canyons) is simple, whether by free city-run shuttle transportation, walking, biking or driving.
What makes this townhome unique
Ease of access to recreational athletics, nature and beauty. There is a city side west of our place, with ease of walking or free clean shuttle transportatioin to restaurants, movies and entertainment, unique shops, library, and skiing, as well as a peaceful natural side on the east, with incredible views and the McLeod Creek trail for walking, hiking, biking/cc skiing.
