This first floor Turtle Point Villa with amazing golf and lagoon views is the perfect place to spend your next Kiawah Island vacation.

Located just 40 minutes from historic Charleston, on Kiawah’s East Beach, Turtle Point Villas are only 1/4 mile from Kiawah's extraordinary hotel, The Sanctuary, with its exceptional restaurants, bars, and spa; 200 yards from the Turtle Point Golf Course clubhouse; and 300 yards from one of The Travel Channel's 10 best USA beaches.Enjoy gathering with family and friends in the spacious living room with two love seats and two chairs while enjoying the entertainment center with flat screen TV, DVD, and VHS player. The living room and dining area have beautiful lagoon and golf views and access to the back deck through sliding glass doors. The living room opens to the dining area which has a table with seating for six. Beyond the dining area is a sun room with plenty of natural light, a twin daybed with trundle, and a TV and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need during your stay and has been upgraded with granite counter tops, new cabinet hardware, and also has a bar with additional seating on three bar stools. The back deck with deck chairs will surely be a favorite place to relax and enjoy the views.The master bedroom offers a king size bedm, TV and refinished private bathroom with new double sink area, lots of cabinet space, and a newly tiled shower/tub combo.The second bedroom offers two twin beds and also has a refinished bathroom with new sink area with cabinets, new tile flooring, and a newly tiled large shower with glass door. This villa is also fully furnished with a washer and dryer. High speed internet access available. Sleeps 6. Rates may change prior to booking and do not include fees and taxes.Stays of 3 nights or less will be charged an additional fee for housekeeping.Non-refundable $45 damage fee added to stays.

Our visit to Kiawah Island was fantastic! The condo had a fabulous view from inside and outside the unit. Everything was clean and was very well supplied with everything we needed. The rental company gave us a late check-out the night before when I called - we wanted one more bike ride on the great trials and open beach! The beach was a easy 5 minute bike ride away (we rented a bike trailer to haul our beach supplies), it was nice to not have to worry about getting a parking spot. I highly recommend this island and unit for anyone that wants a relaxing and beautiful place to stay.

The rental company gave us a late check-out the night before when I called - we wanted one more bike ride on the great trials and open beach! The beach was a easy 5 minute bike ride away (we rented a bike trailer to haul our beach supplies), it was nice to not have to worry about getting a parking spot. I highly recommend this island and unit for anyone that wants a relaxing and beautiful place to stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
