This beautifully renovated oceanfront Duneside villa is the perfect place to stay to enjoy the ocean views of Kiawah Island’s pristine beach! Located in the West Beach area of Kiawah Island, this 3 story, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathroom villa offers wonderful views of the ocean and is only a short walk to the beach, world-class golf courses, tennis courts, shops and restaurants.Located just 40 minutes from historic Charleston, on Kiawah Island's West Beach, this villa is the ideal location to gather with family and friends. The first floor of the villa has three bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed, and one with two twin beds, all offering a flat screen television and private bathrooms with granite counter tops. The first floor deck leads out to a boardwalk where you can access the wonderful Kiawah Island beach.The second floor houses the main living areas. The lovely open kitchen has stainless steel GE appliances including a Monogram stove and gas range with grill top and warming section in the hood, a Profile side by side refrigerator, and a wet bar with wine cooler. The living room offers a large LCD television, a DVD player,and a Yamaha surround sound system with speakers in the ceiling. Also on the second floor is a spacious dining room. Enjoy the views of the ocean from the second floor screened porch and deck which lead down to the boardwalk to the beach.The third floor is where you’ll find the private master suite with queen size bed, LCD television, DVD player, private bath with granite counter tops, and great ocean views from the bedroom. This villa also offers you access to a community pool, only for Duneside residents. This is a benefit not available to many rental properties on Kiawah. An area to shower off is located on the beach boardwalk as well. There is ample off-street parking in front of the villa for you and your guests.Rates may change prior to booking and do not include fees and taxes.Stays of 3 nights or less will be charged an additional fee for housekeeping.Non-refundable damage waiver fee of $45 will be charged for each reservation.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at this home and on Kiawah. Amazing view of the water, easy access to everything- well equipped kitchen- we love to cook. The accommodations were perfect for the 4 couples. This home is perfect- please let us know if it is ever on the market. We loved Kiawah and will certainly return. Thank you for the informative packet that your team had on hand. For first time visitors this was extremely helpful. As Bostonians, we were glued to the TV at times and grateful for the big screen TV. Thank you again and we look forward to returning to Kiawah and this home if available in the future.

The facility was great for our family gathering. The view spectacular and ease of access to the beach and nearby facilities worked out great. The only issue we had was the alarm system going off for hours waiting for someone to disconnect and repair it. We were then forced to listen to it or stand outside. I'm just glad it didn't happen at night.
