Our reviews say it all.....

Our property features approximately 1700 sq ft of very comfortable and open floor space (plus a 20x40 balcony), 3 bedrooms/3 baths luxurious furnishings, fully equipped, and centrally located to all of the coast’s attractions, your stay will be comfortable, relaxing, worry-free, and memorable.

The condo features an open floor plan for the Kitchen and Living Room. In the Living Room there is a 55' LCD with beautiful views of the beach, soft comfortable leather recliner rocker sofa and loveseats, and decorated to the highest standards to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.- It really feels like home (maybe even better than home).

The master bedroom/bath suite features a 37” LCD TV with DVD, King-size bed, a separate entrance to the balcony, jetted garden tub, glass enclosed shower, and a dual granite vanity. The two additional bedrooms feature 32” LCD TVs, Queen and Full size beds, separate full baths. The kitchen includes glass tile accents, granite, and stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with everything needed to cook a full meal.

Our condo is managed by local owners so attention to detail, cleanliness, and all the accents to make it feel like home have been added.

The additional amenities of the Beau View include a plush Theater Room, Party Room, Pool, Hot Tub, Game Room, Fitness Center, and gated access with on-site security and management.

Our condo is perfect for mature guests who appreciate luxurious accommodations and/or couples wanting a romantic get-away. Extended-stay rentals are available. The condo is set up for a maximum of 6 guests and is not child-friendly because of the nice decorating accents.

So what is your preference???? - Viewing panoramic sunsets from the 9th floor balcony? Lounging on plush leather furniture watching your favorite movie or sports event on the 55” LCD TV in the family room? Walking on the beach located just across the street? Shopping at the coast’s largest in-door mall (120+ stores) next door? Enjoying the shows, food, and gaming at local casinos? We have it all here.

My wife and I use VRBO for our vacations. So we know what to expect when renting a VRBO listed property. We’ve made every effort to address and raise those expectations by providing great value luxurious accommodations for our guests.

My wife and I are owner/managers and we provide a 'personal' touch and attention paid to our property and guests.

This property is centrally located to everything. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. The sunsets are beautiful all year long. The 3 bd/3 ba floor plan provides a spacious and comfortable home. The property is the newest high-rise condo complex on the Mississippi coast.

Great Family Vacation

I would highly recommend this property to anyone taking a family vacation or just a short get-away. The condo furnishings were awesome and the location was great. In fact, as soon as we arrived at the condo my children asked if we could stay longer. The owners were wonderful. They furnished us with a list of current events and awesome places to eat. Best VRBO we have visited.

Girls Weekend!!!

The pictures of this condo does not do it justice. It is gorgeous. It is so nicely decorated, as if i did it myself.... It was so comfortable and just like a home away from home. I have been renting condos for several years and I rate this one the best I have ever rented, it was exactly what it said it would be. Terry and Kay checked on us before and after our stay, made it so very nice. The welcome basket was wonderful, of course with us arriving on Friday the 13th, we did forget some stuff, but that was even taken care of. You can tell that these owners pride themselves in the ownership of this condo just on how well it is taken care of, and so so clean. I absolutely love this place, so now we are planning next years trip with our husbands...... can't wait to come back and we will be back... Loved it Terry and Kay, you guys are great.

Our stay at Beau View was wonderful and everthing we hoped it would be. The owners were gracious and thoughtful! I would highly recommend the condo to anyone planning a vacation or get together on the gulf coast.

Over The Top! Excellent! Amazing!

There are not enough positive words in the English language to describe how wonderful this condo is and how awesome and helpful Terry & Kay were during our stay. The condo is beautiful. Decorating very well. Some condos are OVER decorated and with strange colors, but not this one. It's like being at home. We came with a 5 yr old and a 20 month old. And yes, we had to do some discipline with the 20 month old at the beginning...keeping his hands off things...but he soon adapted and all was well. Some reviewers say dont bring very young kids...you have to set boundaries for the younger ones to keep them from breaking things. The condo was very clean and stocked with EVERYTHING we needed including wonderful welcome baskets. Terry and Kay helped us find a local photographer to do some family beach photos. They WANT your stay to be "top notch"! They went over the top giving us information to make our stay the best it can be. My only disappointment had nothing at all to do with Terry & Kay or their condo, but with the beaches. You will not be disappointed with the selection of this condo!
