This first floor, 2 bedroom villa offers stunning water views and views of the 18th hole of the Turtle Point Golf Course. The back deck is the perfect place to sit and relax with a drink and a good book. In addition to the back deck, this villa also offers a sunroom with comfortable wicker seating that offers the same beautiful water and golf views as well.
The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops has everything you will need to serve family and friends during your stay. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and is the perfect spot to enjoy your meals after a day at the beach. Simply open up the plantation shutters on the windows and enjoy the water and golf views over dinner! The dining room opens up into the living area with plenty of comfortable seating for family gatherings.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and has a bathroom attached as well.
The villa will receive new carpet in July 2014. This villa features wireless internet and is fully furnished with a washer and dryer.
