My wife and I stayed in the King and Queen studio recently and absolutely loved everything about our stay. Charlotte, the owner, was more than accommodating and helpful in every way. We were welcomed to freshly baked bread (still warm!!) and the whole apartment is very well equipped with everything you can possibly need. The Nespresso coffee maker was great, we had a cup every morning!! Also Charlotte provided us a map with recommended restaurants, museums, places to do etc. all mapped out and numbered as to make it very easy to find. The book that Charlotte made that corresponded with the map had an explanation for each place and Charlotte made sure to point out her personal favorites. She also had a great selection of music, which we would listen to while getting ready for the day!! Overall, we loved our stay and did not want to leave. The apartment is perfect for two people, clean, in a great location and decorated in very good taste. I would definitely love to return and stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Amsterdam that wants to feel like a local during their stay. Charlotte even went out of her way to call us a cab when we were leaving that saved us a lot of money in comparison to if we had called ourselves. Thank you Charlotte for everything, hope to see you again!!
P.S. Rent bikes, its a great and affordable way to get around Amsterdam!

Studio KingandQueen is clean, cosy and so well equipped. Charlotte, the owner, lives upstairs and is very helpful. On arrival, there was freshly baked bread and all sorts of supplies to get us started. Any utensil you think you may need is there. We never had to go find anything. The location is fantastic...within walking distance of the centre and biking makes the whole city accessible. We were very pleased to have found this apartment and would not hesitate to recommend it. It suited us very well. Charlotte ordered us the taxi to take us to the airport. In total, it was a stress free experience. Thanks Charlotte!
Cons: Stairs is a bit steep but that's the case in most of the residences in Amsterdam. And, if two people sharing the bed, one has to climb over the other due to it's location. Makes for a little extra exercise!

Lovely Apartment

Charlotte, the owner, was a wonderful lady. She is very accommodating and helpful. Such a pleasure dealing with her. When we arrived, Charlotte prepped our fridge with milk, butter, jam and she even made fresh bread!
We truly enjoyed our short stay in this studio. The place is spacious, well-equipped, clean and has got all the basic kitchen necessities and good appliances. It even had all sort of spices in the pantry.
It is located minutes away from the tram station and some attractions like the flower market and magere brug was within walking distance. The apartment was on a quiet street, and faced some nice gardens at the back.
The stairs was quite steep, but manageable.
The whole place was just very cosy and you'll feel right at home.

Lovely residential neighborhood, walk to everything including tram to get to center city and trains

Accomodating owner, listing was accurate as to location, accomodations, appliances and layout. We recommend to others but do advise that the flights of steps up to apartment are steep and narrow. Within about 3 blocks there's a grocery store, bakery, italian take out, a sandwich shop, mellow yellow, tram, and only a 15 minute walk to the Leidseplein. 1 block off Prinsengracht Canal.
