STEAL THIS HOME DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS OF JULY THRU SEPTEMBER! CALL NOW FOR SPECIAL RATES FOR QUALIFIED TENANT. Located in presitgous Sugarloaf Shores. Remodeled home with large lanai. Extremely private home with lush landscaping. Mid century modern home with lots of character. The house is very special with a lot of texture to it with wood beams, exposed concrete block, brick features, antiques and leather furniture. There is only one TV and that is in the living room in a hand painted armour. It's on a 13,200 sf lot that is extremely private. And it has a separate laundry room. It was originally built by Lloyd Good who built and owned the Sugarloaf Lodge which is only a couple blocks away - where the new Za Za's restaurant and waterfront tiki hut is located. Monthly rentals only. $3,000 for Feb - Mar, $2,600 April, $2,300 May - Nov, $2,600 Dec - Jan.
