The Country Club Home is a beautiful luxury home, tucked away in the exclusive hills of La Jolla. This property has spectacular views of the lush La Jolla countryside and beautiful Pacific Ocean. This home has a relaxing atmosphere with elegant furnishings and decorations. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but only a few short minutes to the exciting and glamorous La Jolla Village and the renowned La Jolla Cove Beach.
The Country Club Home is an extravagant example of elegant beauty combined with modern convenience. The home is large and airy with stylish, yet comfortable furnishings. The full kitchen is complete with all the kitchen items necessary to prepare any meal plus a breakfast table and beautiful views of the lush surroundings and sparkling blue ocean. Just outside the kitchen there is a larger formal dining table with seating for eight, perfect for family meals. The living room has a working gas fireplace and comfortable seating area with French doors that open up to the balcony. The family room is furnished with relaxing leather sofa, a 52" flat screen television, custom surround sound stereo system and entertainment center with full cable channels.
The master bedroom has a spacious king-size bed, 32" TV and DVD with remote, alarm clock, and two large custom walk in closets. The spa like master bath includes a sunken oversized bathtub, steam shower with multiple shower heads, dual vanity and private outdoor patio for relaxing in the warm sunshine. The second bedroom is located down the hall and has a beautiful queen-size bed plus a twin-size bed, large walk in closet and private bathroom with steam shower. There is also an air mattress available to create additional sleeping space for any extra guests. All linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, beach towels) are provided.
The Country Club Home has quiet and private surroundings which include a winding walk way which leads to a lush seating area with beautiful view, outdoor fire-pit, space heater and relaxing lounge chairs. There is also a wrap around deck which includes beautiful and fragrant plumeria and other flowering plants, gourmet gas BBQ and outdoor dining area. All of which make this space perfect for entertaining and enjoying the Southern California indoor/outdoor living lifestyle.
There is high-speed internet access throughout the property for your laptop computer. Plus a full size washer and dryer are located in the home for your convenience. We also provide adult size beach cruiser bicycles, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a wagon to carry everything with you so that you can better enjoy the area the way locals do. For families with small children, we provide a high chair and pak-n-play crib. Upon request we can also provide additional baby items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, bed rails, noise monitor, etc.
In addition, we offer full concierge services. You can order discounted attraction tickets, food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. We can set dinner reservations or tee times for you, and we can help you with planning any other activity or special request you may have.
There is ample parking for up to four cars in the driveway. This home has forced air heating and air conditioning.
