BRIGHT, SPACIOUS, QUIET, IN THE HEART OF PARISIAN LIFE

Our family of 4 spent 4 1/2 days in Paris and had a wonderful experience at Marc's apartment.

The following are some highlights of the apartment:
- Spacious and very clean apartment with good size dining table, modern kitchen, dish washer and washer/dryer
- A nice bath with tub and shower
- Comfortable king-size bed in the bed room and a good size soft bed in the living room
- Close to metro station and bus stops (2 blocks away)
- Close to taxi stand (1 block away)
- Close to supermarket, cafe restaurant, bakery store, MacDonald, KFC, and Starbucks (all within walking distance)
- Farmer's market every Sunday morning (2 blocks away)
- Safe and quiet residential area
- Free high-speed internet
- Free unlimited calls to the US
- Marc is great in answering every and any questions I asked in a timely manner.

I would definitely want to stay here again if I ever have the opportunity to return to Paris. I highly recommend this apartment if you are considering it, and will recommend it to my family and friends.

Our family of four spent 14 days in this very clean, well maintained, spacious apartment over Christmas and New Years.

Marc the owner was very prompt and helpful in all communications.

We agree with everything all the prior reviewers had to say about the apartment, so no need to reiterate what they already stated.

One of the things we particularly liked was how the apartment had numerous interior doors, giving everyone the privacy they needed. There is a main hallway in the apartment where the spacious closets / wardrobes are. Each room has at least 2 doorways with at least one of them opening into the main hallway. This allows everyone the ability to get to the bathroom, closets or kitchen without having to walk through the others sleeping area.

Since our daughters are typical college students and like to sleep later, we gave them the bedroom and we took the pull out in the living room. Marc made sure the king bed was separated into twins for them. The pull out bed was quite comfortable for a sofa bed.

The phones provided were an added bonus. On the apartment land line, we were able to call back home free of charge. The cell phone with free incoming calls was also a nice touch, and it came in handy one day when we split up to do different things and needed to contact each other to meet back up.

We also appreciated the free wifi that allowed us to keep in touch with family and friends and enabled us to research restaurants and things to do.

The apartment also comes with a couple of electrical converters that came in handy. Although we had one of our own, the extra ones came in handy for the typical family that has multiple electronic devices that need daily charging.

We had originally looked at other apartments in the more centrally located arrondissements, but those were all a lot smaller and more expensive. Paris is a lot smaller than we expected and with the Metro being just a block away from the apartment, we really did not feel that we were too far away from the major sites etc. It actually was nice to leave the frenetic busier areas and come back to the quieter 15th arrondissement at the end of a long day.

We would recommend Marc's apartment to anyone looking to visit Paris.

My wife and I have been to Paris before and I must say, compared to other places we have been to in Paris, this place is HUGE!! First off, Marc was wonderful once we contacted him to arrange our stay. He was very helpful and very accommodating for our arrival. The location is amazing, very close to the Metro, on a great line. There are a lot of amenities very close to the apartment including a bakery, and supermarket that is open until midnight. Also there is a great open air market within a 2 minute walking distance on Sunday mornings. In general, it's just a very warm and quite neighborhood that we fell in love with. The apartment was very clean, the bathroom and kitchen were spotless. A very comfy king size bed was a real bonus as you don't see that often in Paris apartment rentals. We have rented before in other cities and I must say one special bonus that we haven't seen before was a very handy apartment guide with many helpful detail: on how to use the appliances (with pictures!), taxi numbers, how to use the phones, restaurant recommendations and load of other helpful details for your stay in Paris.
