This home has 4 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom and powder room for visiting guests. The master bedroom is located in its own private wing of the house and has a luxurious California king size bed with four poster bed frame, walk in closet, 37 inch television with full cable channels. The master bedroom includes a large daybed which can also be made up for sleeping as well as a working fireplace. The large master bathroom had dual sinks, a large bathtub and specialty tile flooring. The master bedroom also has direct access to the back yard and Pool/Jacuzzi. The second and third bedrooms each have queen size beds, large closet space and French doors that open up to a private deck area. The fourth bedroom is actually a suite, with two twin beds, a sitting room with sofa and 42 inch television, a large dressing area, and is just steps down the hall from the second bedroom and bathroom. All linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, beach towels) are provided.
The living room is fully equipped with a large comfortable couch and additional seating. This room would be your quiet retreat when the movie or video games are on in the family room. The living room and the adjacent study open out to the beautiful pool and gardens, as well as the private tennis court, which is painted in “US Open” colors and includes a basketball hoop with regulation court striping.
There is an additional family room off of the kitchen area with 55 inch television, another fireplace, large couch and table.
The spacious kitchen has a full size range and oven, side by side refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, two dishwashers and mounted microwave. The custom cabinets and counter tops create more room than you will know what to do with while preparing a meal for your entire family. This home comes complete with all dishes, glassware, utensils, as well as all kitchen utensils and small appliances necessary to prepare any meal. There is a breakfast nook with bay windows overlooking the front yard which can seat up to eight, as well as a formal dining room with elegant furniture and chandelier that can seat up to twelve.
The private back yard is fully enclosed and includes a great wood deck with lots of room for sun bathing. This area also includes an outdoor dining area with an oversize table that seats up to twelve, a gas barbeque grill, outdoor hot and cold water shower, and sunken, warm and bubbly Jacuzzi. The full size laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
There is high-speed internet access throughout the property for your laptop computer. We also provide adult size beach cruiser bicycles, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler so you can enjoy the area the way we locals do. For families with small children, we provide a high chair and pak-n-play crib. Upon request we can also provide additional baby items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, bed rails, noise monitor, etc. Board games, basketball and a small library of books are also provided (please try to take good care of these for the next guests).
