We have been vacationing in Brigantine Beach Island for over 30 years and finally bought a home of our own. On the corner of 12 Street North and East Beach Avenue the house is on the north end of the island where you have easy access to the beach and bay.
You are minutes away from the casinos but our house is in a quiet family friendly area. Only a short walk away is a great family restaurant called the Pirates Den.
The house has two zone air conditioning and ceiling fans so you will be comfortable. Flat screen TVs in the living room and each of the three large bedrooms are equipped with Dish Network service. Verizon high speed internet with WiFI is centrally located to serve the house.
Our kitchen has stainless steel appliances throughout and plenty of dishes, bowls, glasses to support up to 8 people. Our dining room table seats 8 comfortably.
Off street parking can easily handle 6 cars. Given that this is a corner lot there are three driveways and a one car garage.
First floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, den, screened in porch and 1 car garage. First floor bedroom has 1 queen size bed. There is a full bath inside and 1 full bath in the garage.
Second floor has two large bedrooms, a full size washer and dryer and a large bathroom with open jacuzzi tub/shower.
Our master bedroom has a 4 post bed and the bedroom leads out to the large deck with ocean/bay views. The second bedroom that has two twin beds and a sofa that converts to a full size bed (this room is actually bigger than the master bedroom and has a very large closet).
We will also provide 8 beach tags to use during your visit.
We hope you enjoy our house as much as we do. It's a great place to get together with family and friends and enjoy a relaxing week at the beach.
