Quiet, Comfortable, Convenient Kensington, London

My wife, 21 year old daughter and friend, and myself, stayed here for 8 nights during an unseasonably cold early April. This apartment is truly excellent in every respect. It is modern, impeccably clean, very well equipped, spacious, light and bright, and the king size bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. It is, as stated in the description, a genuine one to two minute walk to Kensington High Street station, which is conveniently located on the Circle line, and all of the shopping of Kensington High Street. Despite this close proximity to all of Kensington's conveniences it is remarkably quiet. I am a light sleeper and am very concerned about noise at night. Throughout our stay I never heard a sound all night. The apartment had more than enough space and comfort for four adults, and had the feeling of a real home in a delightful neighbourhood. From my initial contact with the owners, through to collection from the airport by their organised driver, introduction to the apartment by the housekeeper, and finally return of the security deposit... all dealings were extremely prompt, reliable, courteous and helpful.
I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough for quality, comfort, location and convenience. You can be totally confident of a happy stay in a lovely and well managed property. We will definitely be looking to stay here again next time we are in London.

We stayed 9 nights at 51 Iverna Gardens over the winter holidays. The flat was wonderful! We were two adults and two kids (ages 12 and almost 17). The flat had plenty of space for the four of us. It was quiet and comfortable. We usually ate breakfast and dinner in (usually take away from nearby restaurants, but we did cook dinner a couple of nights). The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The appliances worked well and the instruction manuals were easy to find and use. The flat was immaculate when we arrived. The manager was very helpful when we had questions. All our dealings with the owner and the manager were by email (both from home in the US and while we were in London) and they were always responsive and prompt. The location of the flat was perfect. It is close to the tube, many bus lines, a great shopping district and many sights. The nearest tube lines weren’t running (maintenance) the first week we were in town, but the buses on Kensington High Street got us everywhere we needed to go. Even before we left, we were trying to figure out when we can come back. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

I visit London every year to visit family. This year a friend came along for the last week of my trip and we rented this flat. We wanted a two bedroom and also wanted the convenience of having our breakfast in without rushing, wine and appies pre theatre etc so a flat seemed the perfect arrangement.
This flat in Iverna Gardens suited us perfectly, it was lovely and clean with two very comfortable bedrooms (mattresses are great) and two lovely modern bathrooms which was a bonus. The kitchen
has everything you need including washer and dryer which were handy. Plenty of nice dishes, pots coffee maker.....just everything.
The view from the 5 th floor is lovely, a garden square and a very pretty little white church (I think it is
Armenian), we loved sitting with our coffee in the morning and looking out.
The location couldn't have been better, a two minute walk to the tube, across the road from buses to Oxford Street, Knitghtsbridge or wherever you wish to go.
We ate at two of the fabulous restaurants just off of Kensington High Street and it was so nice to be able to stroll the 5 minute walk back to the flat and not need transportation.
There is a lovely park (I think it's Holland Park) a 5 minute walk away and we enjoyed starting each day with a walk through.
I will definintely look forward to another stay in this fabulous flat and am happy to recommend it.
