Simbas Den has a light, spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening after a hard days walking around the theme parks with comfortable sofa’s and love seat, plus occasional tables, coffee tables and artwork to enjoy, plus a large screen LCD TV and DVD player to watch your favorite shows and movies.

The family room opens on to the shaded lanai, which is a cool retreat from the sun-drenched deck. To cool off, why not slip in to the sparkling pool, if you are staying in the cooler months don’t worry we can arrange for the pool to be heated for you ( at an additional cost). With children’s safety in mind this luxury Kissimmee vacation home has a a removable safety fence for extra added protection, all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

The games room offers a quality 8ft slate-bed pool table, Foosball game table and an electronic darts board.

The kitchen is fully equipped so if you fancy a night in you can still enjoy anything from a quick snack to eat by the pool or a three course meal that you might enjoy at one of the many restaurants just minutes from the home. The kitchen has it’s own little breakfast nook and there is a formal dining room for the more discerning.

Sleeping accommodation includes a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, night stands with lamps, ceiling fan telephone, cable LCD TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, roman bath tub, and his and hers vanity basins with mirrors.

The second master bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstand with lamp, ceiling fan, cable TV, and a walk-in closet as well as its own private bathroom.

The 2 twin bedrooms share a final family bathroom, and have 2 twin beds in each, with nightstands, closet space, and dresser. One of the twin bedrooms has a cable TV. Finally, the sofa in the family room can be converted to a sleeper if required.

There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
