On the third floor living room there is a Large Flat Screen Google TV with Netflix & Premium Cable (including XFinity On Demand). Wireless Internet is available throughout the house. The kitchen area on the third floor has all new appliances that sit atop granite countertops.

Bella Casa Vista has beach-facing balconies on the third and second floor. Great for entertaining friends and family!

There is also a spacious patio on the back for barbequeing and relaxing.

You'll be very close to the beach--less than 2 minutes to Rio Del Mar beach!

If you have never been to the Rio Del Mar area, you have to experience it for yourself! Please feel free to reach out to us for a recommendation. We are always discovering new gems in the Santa Cruz area!

Why Mariam & Jason chose Aptos

The Santa Cruz area has always been a second home for our family. We finally were able to have a vacation rental of our own, and we love going to Aptos for the occasional getaway. We love referring great restaurants, coffee shops and places to see. If you have a recommendation to us, please feel free to send the recommendation our way!

What makes this house unique

By far, our favorite thing to do as a family is have a nighttime campfire on Rio Del Mar beach. Rio Del Mar is one of the few beaches to allow nighttime campfires.

The place was wonderful, clean, well-kept, and easy to settle in to. Plenty of room for a family, and walking distance from the beach as well as cafes, restaurants and a small market. The owners were easy to work with and very accommodating. We loved the relaxing environment and great views.

Fantastic Newly Renovated Beach View

Bella Casa Vista certainly lives up to the name. My family, including our lab, had a wonderful stay. House is extremely clean with all the amenities you need and simply beautifully remodeled. View is spectacular from the many balconies and the beach is just a few short blocks down. Jason was extremely responsive when we had an issue with the new dish washer and had someone out to fix it promptly.

Perfect place for a single family with kids or a couple families without. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be staying again.

This is a very place to stay and spend time with your family or a partner. The house is very cozy, light and clean and everything is very comfortable. Ocean view and five minutes to the beach. The owner is very helpful and friendly, I will recommend this place to my friends and relatives. We had a wonderful time and looking forward to coming back.

Great Place for a Super Bowl Party
