Our property is located in a wonderful, gated resort community with its own private beach. The Resort's private boardwalk will take you to our beautiful, uncrowded sandy beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Our beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk will serve you food and drinks right by the beach! There are 3 pools on property, including an indoor heated one. There is even a poolside restaurant for your convenience, adjacent to the main outdoor pool. Tennis anyone? There are 6 hard courts and no additional fees to use them. Other amenities include a hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, indoor running track, and fitness equipment. Relax on your condo's front 'porch' drinking your morning coffee and tea! We have provided a kitchen that has everything needed for you to prepare your favorite meals--you just bring the food! There are 2 cable televisions in the villa and a DVD player. Golf, dining, shopping, grocery stores, theater, minature golf, and Shelter Cove Marina are all nearby. Bike trails are right out in front and go all over the Island. You will enjoy Hilton Head and all is has to offer while staying in affordable comfort

NOTES ON CERTAIN AMENITIES:

~The Island Grill and Deli (located poolside) and Coco’s on the Beach (located at the end of the boardwalk to the beach) are open March 1-October 31.

~There are coin operated washers and dryers on every other floor near the elevators, but not in the villas themselves.

~There are shared outdoor charcoal grills available in the picnic area at the Resort.

~WiFi is available in your villa for a small fee

~Pool table, ping pong table, internet, and computers are available for use at the Island Grill and Deli, located poolside. Fees may apply. Coco’s on the Beach, located oceanside also offers WiFi.

~Shared amenities include 3 pools (one is an indoor heated one), kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness equipment, indoor running track, 6 tennis courts (hard courts) with no additional fees to use them, volleyball court (next to Coco’s on the Beach), bike trails out in front of the Resort that go all over the Island.

~The walk to the beach is 5-7 minutes and the Resort’s private boardwalk is just downstairs or down the elevator. There is also a free golf cart shuttle that will get you there in 1-2 minutes or less.

We have a wonderful Resort property with lots of amenities, including 3 pools (one is an indoor heated one), beach access via private boardwalk, hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, tennis courts (no additional fees), racquetball court, poolside restaurant/convenience store (open March-October), and a beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk that serves food and drinks right on the beach (open March-October)!

Our Resort is near bike paths, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, golf (Robert Trent Jones is right next door), miniature golf, arcade and a movie theater.

Go to Super 8 instead!! Very run down!

This place is not as pictured. Very poorly maintained. First off, the kitchen is not equipped to prepare any meals if you are planning on eating dinner in the room at all. We bought groceries to prepare a few meals and there weren't any pans to ground beef or make eggs. There were only a few pots The only pan was a small 3" telflon skillet that was all scraped up with the teflon peeling off. No icemaker only 3 broken ice trays in freezer. So you will have to go get ice if you want to pack a cooler. Also the freezer and fridge both leak water everywhere. There was only TV's in the main room and one bedroom. The bedroom TV was sitting on a kitchen stool. The DVD player didn't work. The cable was running all up and down the walls/halls split from the twin bedroom. The view from the back windows is of the building walls. Someone was so lazy when changing the air filter that they couldn't even get the correct size or cut to fit. It was all wadded up and shoved in the hole.There was no hooks at all to hang wet beach towels or swimwear and hanging from balconies is not allowed. No curtains in the master bedroom so be prepared to wake up at 6:00am if not from the sun the from the banging of the door coming from the elevator which is right outside the master bedroom. The curtains had been ripped from the wall. We found them wadded under the bed. The beds were absolutely horrible.Master bed is a full size so if you are a big person two people will be very tight. It was like sleeping on squeaky bare springs that creak every time you move. We actually considered sleeping in our beach chairs.The door in the twin bedroom wouldn't close. The indoor pool was very dirty looking.Even the kids didn't want to get in.Sofa in living room was very dirty. We didn't want to sit on it without covering it. First vacation I've ever been on where I couldn't wait to be home! We will not be returning! Save your money and go to the local Super 8. It will be like the Hilton compared to this place. I rated with one star only because it was required to select. One star is way too generous!
Owner's Response: We were very shocked by this review to say the least. We have NOT had these complaints about the villa before until now. It is unfortunate that the guest did not contact us--therefore we were not given the opportunity rectify their issues.

In any case, we had the villa checked out after they left and found the DVD player does work so I'm not sure what went wrong for these guests. Our advertising has always stated there are two cabled televisions in the unit. It was never represented otherwise. I am not sure why the TV was placed on a stool rather than the dresser but a prior guest may have moved it. We did add more pans to the kitchen. We added new ice cube trays for the freezer. Our maintenance person did not notice any leaks from the fridge/freezer and I have not heard from any other guests about this being an issue before or since. The view from this villa was represented as nothing other than a resort view villa, with a front "porch" sitting area adjacent to the common hallway that overlooks the indoor pool area. The view from the back of the villa (bedroom windows) is not the view we advertise, only the front of the villa. Our maintenance person will be looking into addressing the curtain situation in the bedroom and adding some hooks to the bathrooms. We are checking with the resort about adding a hydraulic feature to the door near the elevator so it closes more quietly, though we have had no other complaints about this besides from these guests. As for the master bedroom bed--that is a queen bed, not a full sized bed. I understand everyone has a different idea of what makes a bed comfortable but again we have not had any complaints besides from these guests. Our maintenance guy will be addressing the 2nd bedroom door so it shuts properly. The sofa is a few years old but it is steam cleaned regularly. The pools are also cleaned and maintained regularly as well (every day, I believe), so I'm not sure what happened while they were there. Again, we have not had this complaint from others.

This is a nice villa with 18 inch tile flooring throughout. This guest paid only $667.75 grand total for the week, including tax and cleaning fee. I really think that we could have gone a long way to making them happy had we been contacted by them. We are very responsive to guest issues should they arise. Other guests we've heard from have been very happy with the accommodations and have found the villa to be an outstanding value! :-)
