Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Beach Club Hallandale located between Fort Lauderdale & Miami Beach, Unit located in Tower II, the tallest building in Broward. Enjoy amazing direct ocean views from this furnished unit.

All utilities included. Except Valet and Spa services which you will have to pay individually. Amenities include 3 pools, gyms, club house, and more at this great condo, you will need to apply at Master Association in order to have access to it. Background check will be processed at Association.

Requires refundable security deposit.

Cleaning, taxes and documentation fees of $300.

All rooms have TV. Cable, electricty and internet included.

2nd bedroom is a converted den with door, it has a full size futon, full bathroom and closet but not a window.

Additional air mattress.

You also have to apply at Towe's Association (I will provide document); and application Fee of $100 that will also give you free valet for your stay.

Tower's Association requires $15/resident to cover for picture I.D.'s to have access to the building. This fee must be paid upon arrival at front desk. Master's Association requires a $50/resident to cover for picture I.D's to have access to amenities and $25 background check or $36 for couples.

We speak english and spanish.

Nice Condo, we enjoyed our stay Nice view from the balcony. The unit was clean. AC only worked 15 minutes at a time. No big deal while we were there as the apartment temperature, with the breeze, never went above 81 degrees. We didn't use the second bedroom as we were two people. Be advised that this room has a futon, not a bed. Bring AAA batteries for the TV remotes.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

So sorry about the A/C but as you were aware the building had an issue with the Main A/C that affected all units. Unfortunately those things happen some times. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Quick clarification, please note that in our ad we inform that the second bedroom has a futon and we also display a picture of it.

Description of condo was very accurate and view was amazing!!!!! Condo and building was very clean and maintained. Concierge was friendly and helpful! Lina and Andres answered any questions I had regarding my stay. The only reason I gave this property 4 stars was due to valet. I paid for my parking stickers and was informed on how to use them. Valet made up their own rules and charged me extra when they should not have. Valet finally started charging me correctly when my husband arrived and spoke with them about the way they were charging me. Be careful with Valet!!!!! Other than that, I had an amazing time with my family.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Nice place but very tight security.

My wife and two children, 11years and 7 years old spent eight days here. The place was very clean and nice. Lina is also a great person to deal with. My security deposit was returned in one week after leaving. The only issue I had was not the condo but the rules of the complex. I would never buy a place here because some of the regulations are redicoulas. Even in the kids pool splashing and loud noise is strictly prohibited. If your on the beach and outside their imaginary line the life guards are prohibited fron saving your life, even if your in trouble. They will loose their job. It is my opinion , they need a change in management/ board of directors.
Recommended for:  Age 55+

Great pool restaurant for daily lunches ocean view.

WHAT AN AMAZING PROPERTY!

I stayed at this condo for 5 nights and 6 days. one word - Breathtaking.
The building itself was absolutely immaculate with a ton of natural lighting. The gym, pool and beach area were perfection.
Once I entered the actual condo, I was taken aback by how beautiful it was. The description and photos on the website were exactly what I encountered.
I would recommend this property to anyone and would be more than happy to come back and stay here any time.
