Beautiful, newly painted, carpeted and furnished, this 2004 built, three bedroom, 2300 square foot home is located in the Johnson Ranch development in San Tan Valley, AZ. San Tan Valley is located in the greater Phoenix area south of Queen Creek, AZ nestled in the foothills of San Tan Mountains (approximately 45 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and about 20 minutes from Mesa Airport). Note: The town of San Tan Valley used to be part of the town of Queen Creek and some internet mapping systems still reflect a Queen Creek address.
The house is decorated in southwest art to include Indian sand paintings, Indian faux artifacts, CM Russell and Frederic Remington western prints. One bedroom (twin beds) is decorated in a Pirate theme.
The home features three bedrooms and a loft with a convertible futon couch. Each of the three bedrooms has walk-in closets. The home has 2½ bathrooms.
The patio features a combination gas and charcoal grill and looks out over the Johnson Ranch free pitch and putt golf course. Two bikes and helmets are available for use.
The Johnson Ranch Golf Course is an excellent moderately priced venue and located within about one mile.
The refrigerator, gas stove, washer, dryer and all the furniture and furnishings are new as of Nov 2013. The house is a no smoking zone property. Sorry pets are not allowed.
Additionally, there will be a $140 cleaning fee. Renters should plan on putting 1/2 down upon booking. Balance 3 weeks before arrival.

The Owner purchased this house in 2011
For the past several years we were looking for a Snow Bird location to spend the Winter upon retirement.
Home is located about one mile from a Fry's Super Market and ten minutes from what is reported as the largest Wal-Mart in the country. The house backs to a free 9 hole pitch and putt golf course as well as a free 9 hole Frisbee golf course. Both are owned by the HOA.
My husband and I stayed at this property during spring training. It was approx a 45 minute drive to most games but a beautiful drive. This house is amazing with every amenity available. The subdivision has pools that we were not able to use due to the chilly weather. The kitchen is fully stocked, there's a grill on the beautiful back porch, and a fresh juice juicer. There are 2 full baths nice for us to get ready simultaneously. Fresh squeezed orange juice from the orange tree out back. Two bicycles available to you. The olive farm not too far away has GREAT food--especially breakfast. We had so much room. Very clean, new, beautiful place! Three bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. Walmart, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. Awesome house! Very highly recommended!!!
This house was perfect! It had everything we could have wanted and then some! We were seeking some sunshine for March break, and we were not disappointed! I travelled with my 3 children, ages 8,10 & 13, my mother and a friend. There was plenty of space for all 6 of us. My children were never bored with all of the activities Johnson Ranch has to offer, and that is truly saying something! Amenities were all very close to the house, and super walmart was just a short drive. We felt right at home! All of our husbands were very jealous, and regretted not coming with us, especially once we started sending pictures of all the fun we had!
A perfect vacation getaway!
My family and I spent a great 4 days at this house. It has everything you could possibly need for a home away from home. The owner was very accommodating to us and we had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend staying here and if I ever need a place to stay in Phoenix again I'll be checking with them first. The house is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and has all the modern conveniences you will need. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within a short drive. Quick access to all the major roads leading to downtown Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert etc. Plus when the stars come out you just can't beat the view. The pictures in the listing are pretty good but I think it is even nicer in person.
Johnson Ranch and Poston Buttes are excellent golf courses. However, Oasis Golf Course is about 15 minutes away and costs as little as $25. Good course for family outing since it is usually not vary crowded. On Mondays in November they only charge persons over 60 $.50 a hole to play. About 30 minutes south is a Greek Monastery that is remarkably cool to visit and walk the grounds.
