Alright but not great

The house itself is not bad, nice setup and good location. The carpets are dirty and have a lot of stains. This website has a few things on here that to me feel misleading. Like it says this house has a charcoal grill which it does not, so no cooking out. Then the air hockey table is broke, which was just on my vacation so it may be fixed by now. The spa is not heated unless you pay the extra 25 dollars a day. I thought you only had to pay if you wanted the pool heated, so if you want to relax in spa after a long day, you better pay the money. I had to call the rental company almost every day of my vacation because something went wrong. Which they fixed almost everything, but no one ever calls you back to let you know that it has been taken care of. The rental company was nice but there was just no follow up.

We are quite certain that our listing is not misleading.
There was and still is a charcoal grill at the property. It was in the garage for this guest's use during their stay.
The air hockey table, along with several other items, did stop working during their stay. We are in the process of obtaining new parts for it and will repair it as soon as possible.
The carpets were stained but were thoroughly vacuumed for their stay and we offered to shampoo them for this guest. The home has not been empty long enough since the stains occurred to be able to properly clean them and, although we have offered to clean them during the stays of two guests, neither wanted them done during their stay. They will be cleaned the next time that there is a long enough gap to do it properly.
The charge for pool heat is clearly posted on our listing. The pool and spa are connected and circulate the same water so it is difficult to understand why this guest would have thought that spa heat was free when they knew that pool heat was not. We offered to cut the price in half for this guest, however, this was apparently not satisfactory.
We spoke to this guest several times during their stay, as well as making multiple visits to complete repairs of items that broke during their stay. In one instance, they complained that the pool pump was not working, however, when we arrived, the pump was working fine but someone had removed the pool filter and left it laying on the ground.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that nothing will break during a guest's stay, however, as acknowledged in this review, we respond quickly to repair anything that does break during a guest's stay, regardless of who may have been responsible for it being broken.
