This beautiful Top floor unit with all new furniture and appliances is perfect for resort style living. You will enjoy the picturesque view, from the screened in lanai, of the sunrise/sunset over the lake with 2 fountains.

Heritage Pointe is a newly built gated community with a superb club house complete with a computer lab, meeting hall with 2 large flat screen TV's, billiard room, kitchen, resort style pool, hot tub, etc. There are many social activities such as water aerobics, dinners, dancing and other community related socials. The community also has a walkway and jogging track along the perimeter of the lake. It's only a few miles from the beach and close proximity to Sanibel/Captiva.

Our unit also has a designated covered parking space as well as elevator access.

This condo has been beautifully decorated and furnished. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, a walk-in closet and a master bath complete with granite style vanities and a large shower stall. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a large closet. The guest bathroom also has granite style vanities to go along with a shower/tub.

The fully equipped kitchen has a separate dinette eating area that overlooks the lake. The dining room has all new furniture and seating for 6 people. The living room has a large flat screen TV and DVD player as well as a brand new leather sofa and loveseat. The sofa folds out to a queen size bed.

The pool and other amenities are absolutely delightful. And the surrounding beaches are pristine. The southwest Florida sunsets are magnificent.

My wife and I brought our 2 boys (7,4) to Fort Myers for vacation and had a great time. The condo was beautiful, everything was clean and new. Amenities were great including the huge pool. It's located only minutes from Ft. Myers beach and tons of great restaurants and shops. Also plenty of nearby conveniences like CVS, Publix, Target etc. Basically an awesome place, tons of space for the 4 of us, and super-convenient to everything.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Stayed in this condo! it met every expectation and more. It is very well equipped, clean,updated and close to everything;shopping, golf and beach. The clubhouse has internet, library, pool and lots of activities,furthermore, renters are encouraged to join! This is a return again spot!!
