Terms and Conditions
All deposits are 50% refundable if canceled 90 days or more prior to occupancy. Deposits on reservations where cancellations are made less then 90 days in advance of occupancy are non-refundable .
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings, without notice, due to unforeseen circumstances. Incase of any unforeseen circumstance all monies will be returned.
To maintain a good standard for all our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We require that all guests will respect our property and happily abide by the following.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests which have not been agreed to in writing prior to arrival. Tenants may park three cars on grounds,all other cars and guests must park on Crystal Court around the corner.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The prices charged are for the accommodation and do not permit for parties or other functions. Guests must be aware that the property is located in a residential area and certain rules apply for noise and parties.
Disturbance to neighboring properties, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental at short notice with no refund of monies.
Damage & Breakages are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay. Charges may apply in cases of unreasonable wear-and-tear. Credit card details will be held in the event of any damages the guest’s credit cards will be charged the appropriate amount to repair any damages during their stay.
Linen and towels are supplied by the owner/agent but must be treated with reasonable care. Towels, which are stained or damaged by hair dye or misuse, will incur a replacement charge.
Pets are not allowed without specific arrangements
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Particularly oven and BBQ must be left clean and ready for immediate use.
Check in time is 2:00 PM unless other arrangements have been agreed upon
Check out time is 10:00 AM by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Loss and Theft - the owner/agent take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangement with the owner/agent in writing.
