This fourth-floor unit lets you enjoy the feeling of being right on the beach, while having the security of a building with a key entry. From the fourth floor, your view of the beach is as you are even with the ocean. You are not looking down upon the beach, nor are you too low that you hear everything that goes on down at the beach. Be as private or as sociable as you want. You can buzz your friends in at your convenience. There are two elevators in the building, but if you are looking for exercise, you could use the stairways to get in and out. At the fourth-floor, you are not too high.
There is condo has a large pool that is from 3 ft to 8 ft deep. As you can see from the pictures, the ocean is a just little walk away. Next door at the Tradewinds Resort or Sirata Beach Resort, you will find available attractions like restaurants, bars, massages, jet skis, kayaks, water slides, etc.
The large master bedroom overlooks the Gulf, with access to the balcony and to a sitting area nd walk-in closet. The master bedroom has a bathroom that includes a spacious shower. It is newly furnished with a king-sized bed, plush with pillows and soft sheets. The second bedroom, has its own views of the ocean and it also has a separate balcony. It has a twin bed and its own full bathroom with a bath tub (shower too).
The dining area adjoins the living room, which,allows you to see the Gulf while eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The table can seat four, plus there are other chairs available to seat up to six people for a meal.
The kitchen is a full kitchen with a microwave, stove, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. It is a bright kitchen with lots of cabinets and open counter space, and an open view to the Gulf as well.
On a typically day in the Sunset Capitol of the World, you will enjoy cool walks in the morning sun on the beach. On sunny afternoons, you can be in the surf or at the pool. You’ll see dolphins traveling up and down the coast line, and pelicans swooping for fish up close. You can watch sailboats, fishing boats and many other types of crafts. You’ll see spectacular sunsets, and the full moon will shine into your bedroom at night.
Celebrated for its powerful sunsets, St. Pete Beach has a wonderful sandy beach and offers many recreational facilities. St. Pete Beach is a low key beach, that is never over crowded. You will often find that you can have your stretch of the beach essentially to yourself!
