  ?1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST. ?NO Early Check-in or late check-out without prior agreement. ?
  
  2. SMOKING - All homes are NON SMOKING. Smoking in the lanai area is permitted
  
  ?3. PETS - Pets are permitted in some homes but permission must be sought and given prior to any reservation being made.
  
  ?4. ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER - A $50 fee is added to all rentals. This covers you for any minor damage to the property up to the value of $300. You are liable for any damage caused during your stay in excess of this amount. The homes are privately owned and we ask that you take as much care as possible during your stay.
  
  5. PAYMENT – A $300 deposit is required to reserve the home.
