Stay in a beautiful downtown location! This 2 bedroom/loft/3 bath townhouse with skylights and washer/dryer is nicely decorated with a mountain theme. Enjoy the convenience of being near two winter shuttle routes and close proximity to shopping, dining and entertainment. The complex is nicely landscaped and nestled in pine and aspen trees. Winterset also offers a BBQ (summer), a nice swimming pool, spa and sauna- just what you need for relaxing after a long day of fun in the mountain sun!
Living Area: Kitchen with high counter and bar chairs, dining area, stone hearth woodstove, 36"TV/DVD player/fax machine, deck and 3/4 bath
Master: King bed and full bath w/TV.
Bedroom #2: 2 Twin beds and full bath.
Loft: 2 bunk beds and a twin trundle.
Maximum Occupancy: 10

IMPORTANT PARKING NOTICE: 2 parking passes NO exceptions; Winterset Townhomes Homeowner Association's CC&Rs prohibit all trailers, motorhomes and buses from entering onto or parking within the project parking area.
