Stay in a beautiful, convenient downtown location and close to shopping, dining, free public transportation and entertainment. This 2 bedroom/loft/3 bath townhouse offers a pleasant, contemporary/country décor and sleeps 6 comfortably with a maximum occupancy of 10. The unit includes CD player and WASHER/DRYER. The complex is nicely landscaped and nestled in pine and aspen trees. Winterset also offers a BBQ and a nice swimming pool, spa and sauna-just what you need for relaxing after a long day of fun in the mountain sun!
Living Area: Kitchen with high counter and bar chairs, dining area, queen sleeper sofa, TV/VCR/CD player, stone woodstove, deck, washer/dryer and 3/4 bath.
Master: King bed (TV/VCR), and full bath.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed and full bath.
Loft: Queen sleeper sofa + 2 twins.
Maximum Occupancy: 10

IMPORTANT PARKING NOTICE: 2 parking passes NO exceptions; Winterset Townhomes Homeowner Association's CC&Rs prohibit all trailers, motorhomes and buses from entering onto or parking within the project parking area. Washing or working on vehicles is not permitted within the project. Turnday: Any.
