Affordable charming home with private backyard in one of San Diego's sunniest locations. This 2 bd home, with family room, hardwood floors, granite kitchen counter tops and travertine accents is a great affordable vacation home. 5 minutes to freeway, 16-20 minutes to beaches, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and famed Gas Lamp Quarter ( Downtown San Diego). This home is maintained with owner pride, is clutter free and clean. Parking is plenty and there is even room for a motor home/RV. Backyard is fenced, quite, has hot tub and animals are welcomed mostly. This home sleeps 6-8 people which makes it a great value in these times.
