Our marina is very calm and our dock is well protected. Aria is 25 feet wide and you can hardly tell your on a yacht/boat.
Watch the boats by day, walk to Duval Street and Mallory Square just a few short blocks away. This is the best location in Key West. It is quiet at night and close to great restaurants, shops, clubs and bars.

Restless Native is a family owned company with one boat in our 'Fleet'. Our boat 'Aria' was our home for over a year in Europe and the Caribbean. After a bout with cancer, I decided that I wanted to spend some very good quality time with my family without the normal day to day distractions.
In June 2007 we went to live on Aria. After six weeks of outfitting our boat in the beautiful French Port of La Rochelle on the Atlantic Ocean we departed for Spain. We sailed to Spain, Portugal, Gibraltar and into the Mediterranean.
Since the weather was bad and getting worse, we had a crew sail Aria from Barcelona, Spain to the British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean.
We sailed the Caribbean for several months until we returned home to Hawaii.
We now live in the wonderful Florida Keys where we are able to enjoy sailing Aria whenever we want to.
Mark Phillips purchased this yacht in 2007
Key West is a wonderful and vibrant city with terrific restaurants, hotels, friendly people, great diving, snorkeling and of course, sailing.
Our location in the Historic City Marina in 'Old Town' is ideal. It is the most protected berth in the harbor and we are close to everything that Key West offers. During the day, the seaport is a bustling harbor but at night it is extremely quiet and serene.
We want to share our love for the water with new friends and this is the ideal way.
Living on a luxury yacht in a Historic Seaport is a unique experience. You have all of the amenities you expect from luxury accommodations and yet you become part of the community, unlike staying in a hotel.
Have you ever dreamt of sailing on a yacht? Aria is 42 feet long and 25 feet wide and is very spacious and stable. Living in a marina is a unique experience and is not for everyone, but for those who love the boating lifestyle and the water this is the perfect way to experience living aboard!
The boat was beautiful and just as described. My only complaint was that not being a boat owner when we were told upon arrival how we had to use the facilities I was very distressed. We were not even told about marine toilet paper which we should have been able to use. The other issue was that with 5 people staying on the boat it did start to smell, I was later told that the owner should have dumped the facilities daily so that would not happen. It was beautiful and very clean, but if you are not a boater be aware of what it is like.
Can't say enough good things about our family's Spring Break aboard the Aria, but here goes...The boat is beautiful, clean, and functional, even for our family of 6. Location at the main Bight marina on the west end of Key West (with plenty of nearby parking) is perfect for easy access to Duval Street, Dry Tortugas Ferry, and a host of excellent restaurants. When the crowds clear out at night, the peace and quiet at the marina were blissful. Captain Mark and his crew were excellent: polite, knowledgeable, quick to respond when we had questions, and lots of fun besides! The rental price included a stunningly beautiful sunset cruise; and the upgrade for an afternoon of snorkeling was worth every penny. Even had grandma swimming and snorkeling over a reef about 5 miles out from Key West. To top it off, the rental price for the whole boat was about half what we would have paid for hotel rooms. If you're thinking about heading to Key West, stop searching now and book the Aria. You will love it; we sure did.
This vacation was a dream. We had never stayed on a boat before so this was such a new experience for all 6 of us. The boat is lovely and was more than enough room for us. Mark was so helpful with scheduling the sunset cruise in which my son asked his adorable girlfriend to marry him....so special!! The snorkling trip was a lot of fun too. Mark also recommended the best places to eat....can I say GREAT food!!! I would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back one day myself.
This was the first time we ever stayed on a boat. The Aria was the place to have that first experience. For our group it was an adventure mixed with a vacation. Capt. Mark really was the man of the hour. He answered every question and gave us insight on how the boat works. The sunset cruise was great. Yes, I would do it again but next time I think we would like to go out to sea for the 4 hour sail. Thank you Capt. Mark.
My husband and I recently spent 7 fabulous days aboard the Aria along with two other couples. The Aria is beautiful, has plenty of room and the atmoshphere of the Marina is so peaceful. We enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee watching the Harbor come to life and equally enjoyed our evenings having a night cap as we relaxed under the stars in the peaceful quietness. The location was perfect, easy walk to Duval St. and Malory square.
Absolutely could not have been more impressed with Captain Mark, he made sure we had everything we needed from the time we arrived until we left. We thought our sunset cruise was a washout due to thunderstorms but he navigated around them and made sure that our sunset cruise was perfect in every way.
This will definitely be a trip we look forward to doing again!
Aria was an incredible place to stay. The boat is impeccable, well laid out and very roomy. We enjoyed every moment of our stay including the sail and snorkeling. Capt. Mark was very nice and extremely accommodating. The location is perfect. We parked the car and didn't move it till time to leave.
