This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse is nestled in pine and aspen trees and is located on or near two winter shuttle routes with close proximity to shopping, dining and entertainment. With a nice country décor, pine furnishings and washer/dryer this unit is very spacious and comfortable for 4 to 6 people. Winterset also offers a BBQ, a nice swimming pool, spa and sauna, just what you need for relaxing after a long day of fun in the mountain sun!
Living room: Queen sleeper sofa, TV/DVD player, kitchen with high counter and bar chairs, dining area, stone fireplace, deck, washer/dryer and 3/4 bath.
Master: King bed (TV) and full bath.
Bedroom #2: 2 twin beds and full bath.
Maximum Occupancy: 6

IMPORTANT PARKING NOTICE: 2 parking passes NO exceptions; Winterset Townhomes Homeowner Associations CC&Rs prohibit all trailers, motorhomes and buses from entering onto or parking within the project parking area.
