Family owned condo, professionally managed by a reputable onsite & English speaking Property Management Company for complete personal customer satisfaction. Discounted excursion (TOUR) options and transportation services are also provided to our vacation rental guests. Our office is just a short walk away from the condo. When traveling abroad, it is reassuring to know a physical person is available to assist with any questions or concerns you may have.
Renters beware that owner requires FULL payment prior to stay wired to his over seas bank account along with a full deposit. We had complied with all the monetary requests MONTHS prior to our rental and also prepaid electricity all before our 2 week stay. Once we arrived at the villa we were greeted by his american representative and gave him our exit/cleaning fee which we were charged more than our contracted stated. While we were at there we had to supply our own toilet paper and water (as we were told by rep it was not advised to drink or cook with house water.) We rented out both units and the upstairs washer was not working the entire 2 weeks, had major issues with ants and the upstairs hide a bed did not work. Prior to returning home I contacted both owner and representative regarding an exit walk thru to get deposit back and it never happened. It has now been 2 months and we still have not received our deposit back. I have 2 documents from owners rep stating that property was in good condition and was not sure why Owner had not refunded deposit. Now the owner is saying we used a lot of electricity while we were there and so he was going to keep it. I paid the amount per person as requested by owner for the prepay electricity nowhere does it state that the renters will have to pay above and beyond. I also paid an extra adult charge. So all in all I am out all of my deposit, extra money for cleaning and the electricity. I am very annoyed and disappointed that this situation is taking place. My family took great care of this villa and left it in the same IF not better condition than when we arrived. All I am wanting is what is right and fair which is my deposit back! I have filled a formal complaint with VRBO as he is in the wrong here. Especially when I have the proof saying it was in good condition from his hired man and we are entitled to our deposit back.
We just got home after an amazing week in Punta Cana. The house was perfect for our group of 11, with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 pull-out couches. We couldn't have asked for better weather either, and the house is only a short walk to the beach. The location was perfect, 5 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, and an easy taxi to awesome clubs and discotecas. Also, a man named Rene stays near the house to look after it when you leave, which made us feel very comfortable. He was great to us, helping us with taxis, food, and water (of course we paid him at the end for all of his help). The owner also has a friend in the area that is able to drive you if needed which some of us used. We couldn't have made a better decision in renting this house. We got to see and experience so much more of the Dominican Republic outside of the resorts. I would recommend this house to all vacationers!
Hermosa villa en Bavaro con todas las comodidades y lugares para divertirse.. la playa en 5 minutos, restaurantes cerca de la villa (les recomiendo ir al restaurante de comida Thailandesa, para los amantes de la buena comida), el mismo queda a 6 minutos caminando.
Para los que prefieren estar tranquilos y no salir, pues pueden disfrutar de la piscina, BBQ, asi como tambien de una terraza con una vista espectacular en el techo de la villa (para mi la mejor parte para descansar y compartir con la familia o amigos).
En cuanto a la vida nocturna, encontraras diversos lugares, como bares, cafes, restaurantes y por supuesto DISCOTECAS!!!!!! y buena musica!!.........lo bueno de bavaro es que puedes ir en cualquier temporada, ya que el clima es agradable y variable.. sol brillante, lluvia a veces y lo mejor disfurtas del la brisa y la tranquilidad.......
Asi que si quieres perderte en un lugar de este mundo.. TE RECOMIENDO ESTA VILLA EN LOS CORALES DE BAVARO....YO .VOLVERE!!!!!!!!!!!
I ve just finished my vacation and had a great time. The local Security/ Goundsman Rene, who has been here for 3 years now, looked after my needs well, shopping for me, and getting things I needed.
The house is clean, tidy and well maintained. The Villa is situated at the end of a closed road, and is quiet. But only a short walk to all the main amenities. Short walk to the beach. which is beautiful.
The pool is nice, overall depth at about 5 ft.
We used the Gas Grill on the roof, and had a great time.
Good Internet, wifi.
24/7 electric... we opted for the option to prepay a sum of money to cover average electricity usage and I've checked the rate, and usage and found we had used more electric than had been billed, and so we have had a good deal.
The owner has recently taken over the management of the house himself, and replies very promptly to any emails we sent him. Good service.
Local amenities are excellent for the DR, with a mall with a bakery, pharmacy and food hall, restaurants and bars.
Actually posting this review whilst I am here, I leave tomorrow. Will come back again.
Very dirty and smelly. Curtains have holes. Place smells like mold. Couches dirty. Owner VERY rude. Security Guard is a troublemaker. Only nice thing is the pool. Electricity bill 169 US DOLLARS for less than 5 days. Bugs galore. By far the worst part of the vacation. Bathroom disgusting! Amongst Locals. DO NOT STAY HERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. VERRRRYYYYYYY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
After staying there for a week in September 09, I would recommend this place to everyone...The house was exactly as advertised, and the lay outs perfect!..Beautifully clean and brand new! It has only recently been let out and so everything is new and no expense has been spared with the internal furniture and decoration.
We had good service from the owner showing us around, after picking us up from the airport and managing our transfers. There is a local man (Rene) who cares for the property, and lives nearby, who willingly runs to the shops for food and drink and/or any other necessities..we just tipped him and he was very happy to help.
It can suit from 2 people (each level can sleep up to 6) up to a large group or family, with plenty of space to spare. The position is very private being situated at the end of a cul de sac, but only 5 mins walk to many amenities, beach, bars, bakery, shops, bank, and much more.
We had a very relaxing time because during the day the area is quiet but within 5 mins of lively bars or restaurants, but at night is very peaceful, with no noise whatsoever from local hotels etc. We would definately recommend this place to friends and relatives. We met an English lady who lives permanently in Bavaro, across the road from the villa, and works for a tourist company and she arranged a few trips for us, fishing, catamaran, snorkelling and diving, at cost prices because we dealt direct through her and not through the hotel reps or beach vendors, who obviously need to make a profit.
We cant really think of anything that we were disappointed with, or disliked. A GREAT PLACE FOR THE FAMILY.
Car Not Necessary
El Cortecito & Los Corales are directly next to each other. They are both considered the safe & friendly tourist / expat towns of Punta Cana. This is the area where several beach accesses, shopping, groceries, numerous dining options and activities are located all within a safe 2-15 minute walk. Please Note: If you are flying into Santo Domingo, it is a 3 hour drive to Punta Cana & Punta Cana does not have any official addresses. It is recommended to fly directly into Punta Cana Intl. Airport & prearrange with us transportation with an English speaking driver who knows the area well. Most Taxi drivers only know where the resorts are & not the names of condo communities or Plazas.

We also accept full payments (100% of Rental Cost) by Bank Transfer,...and Deposits Only (25%) by Paypal subject to a 3.5% fee.
