Plus, we have A/C, which is unusual in Seattle!

Nestled in the heart of Beacon Hill, this hidden oasis offers a blend of city convenience & natural tranquility. The living space is a sanctuary featuring a view of the Cascade Mountains w/easy access to hospitals nearby & Georgetown, Seward Park on Lake Washington & Jefferson Park/Golf course. We're about 15 mins from downtown Seattle & Seatac airport. There's a walking/biking trail in front of our house. Bus 36 (1 block away) takes you to the nearest light rail or all the way downtown.
