Christmas 2011 open! Be lazy in this beautiful condo home! 2 bd/2ba, full AC, kitchen, w/d, 2 patios, ocean views, plug-in Internet, & less 250 yards walk to Corcega Beach, the best swim beach in Rincon! The home is perfect for a couple, a small family, or friends traveling together. The master bedroom has a quality queen size bed with a private full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable day bed with a trundle that makes into two twin beds that can be put together for a larger bed. The living room is adorable with upscale beach decor design, a flat screen TV, boardgames, & books about treasures from the sea! There is a small futon couch suitable for one more person in the home. Ground floor convenience- no stairs. This is a corner unit away from the pool- so just a 30 second walk to the pool, but more peaceful! Enjoy the beach or the beautiful pool with a waterfall that changes colors at night, a cabana area. 1 parking space.

Notes

  • Reservation Rules:

    3-7 nt minimum stay. 7 nights for major holidays- Christmas/New Years holidays, Presidents Week, and Easter Holidays.

    A deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The balance is due 30 days before arrival by same credit card. If less than 30 days until check-in, payment in full is due at time of reservation. No reservations should be assumed until the initial deposit or payment is made and a signed contract is received by the renter from Island West Properties. Please do not make any travel plans that can not be changed until you have received your signed contract. Homes can not be held without a deposit. First payment will have the reservation. Must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and must be present for stay.

    CONFIRMATION, LEASE AND BILLING NOTICE

    All of our rentals are furnished with sheets, towels, kitchens, and most have cable or satellite TV. Maid service is not included, but can be arranged.
