Upper Deer Valley ski-in/ski-out residence is nestled in the pines and provides an intimate environment for family and friends with access to all the amenities of the Village at Empire Pass. The residence is located next to the Silver Strike high-speed quad chairlift on the Silver Buck ski run. This spacious and elegant home features an open floor plan which combines to a sense of size, space and grandeur. The home features include 1,800 square feet, three luxurious bedrooms, and three full and one half baths.

The great room incorporates dramatic elements beyond the location and views, such as the reclaimed hardwood floors, distressed custom wood cabinetry, hand-troweled walls painted in warm designer colors and oil rubbed bronze fixtures. The custom fieldstone fireplace creates a cozy feeling even on the chilliest of nights, and panoramic views of Deer Valley ski runs can be seen through the expansive windows. The gourmet kitchen features WOLF and SubZero appliances, and plenty of work space to create delicious home-style meals. There is a large center island breakfast bar and is adjacent to the formal dining room accommodating up to eight people comfortably. The master king en suite features a private balcony with comfortable patio furnishings, a large jetted tub and a separate shower.

Arrowleaf guests can enjoy the on-site amenities which includes; two community hot tubs, game room with billiards table, ski lockers, multiple lounges with fireplaces, and two fire pits. There is also underground heated parking.

Increíble!!! Sin palabras!!! El lugar es un sueño, las fotos son exactamente como es en la realidad. Además de tener una cocina completisima, las alacenas estaban llenas de todo lo básico que uno pueda necesitar, tanto de alimentos como de limpieza (condimentos, shampoo y crema, jabón y suavizante para la ropa, etc). Katie nos ayudo desde antes de nuestra llegada en todo!!! Desde información de alquiler de equipos de ski y transporte desde el aeropuerto hasta recibiendo compras de internet, las cuales estaban en el departamento a nuestro arribo. Un lujo en todo sentido!!!! Nos quedamos con ganas de volver!!!!!! SÚPER RECOMENDABLE!!!
