Luxurious Granite Ridge Homestead - the closest Homestead property to surface lift serving the Teewinot Ski Run and main base area - short, 75 yard walk, providing easy ski-in, ski-out access.

Stunning views of Rendezvous Mountain (ski mountain) and surrounding mountains. Located in the desirable Granite Ridge section of Teton Village, just uphill from Four Seasons Resort - easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and base area.

This beautifully furnished, two-story home boasts over 3400 square feet of living space. Classic high-end ski lodge ambience - beautiful Western decor throughout - spacious great room with vaulted, rough-hewn cedar beamed ceiling, towering stone fireplace and inviting, overstuffed leather furniture.

The 4 bedroom suites offer great privacy for families and groups - each has its own en-suite full bath. The well-equipped kitchen, dining room and great room offer an inviting gathering area for your stay. Beautiful views of the Tetons through the west-facing wall of windows or from the hot tub on the adjoining deck. Accommodates up to 12 guests.

In addition to the main living area, the upper level includes 2 bedroom suites (the master and one additional). The lower level includes 2 bedrooms, one of which doubles as a rec room with full-size pool table and new, 60` Digital TV / Blu-Ray player for movies and other viewing.

Beds include king in master suite and in third bedroom suite, queen in second bedroom suite, and room to sleep four in very large, fourth bedroom suite / rec room (bunk beds and queen sleeper). See below for numerous additional features.

Access to nearby Teton Sports Club (fitness club with tennis and outdoor pool) or pool at Alpenhof Hotel is available for small usage fee.

Cool place to be for Sundance !

We booked this home during Sundance week. It was a fantastic experience. There is so much to see and do. Our concierge was excellent ! Main Street was the right choice for us, and we would consider this house for other times of year. We liked the cleanliness, the high quality, and the functionality here. One minor observation, normally we prefer fewer stairs. This was a great place for us to choose. Thanks!

Park City Retreat

My wife, infant and Mother in Law stayed in the penthouse suite of this home in January 2012. We were very happy with our stay, the home is in a great location with just a short walk to Park City shopping and restaurants. The home itself was built very tastefully, it has a separate bedroom upstairs which offers a lot of privacy while another couple or kids can stay in the main floor bedroom which offers a degree of separation if needed. The home actually has an elevator which was convenient when moving in and out with all of our luggage. All of the finishings were done very well, and we espcially loved the steam shower and hottub after a long day of skiing. Our trip was as good as it gets and the home was perfect.

Modern kitchen and sitting area. Great wood floors. Sit's right on the mountainside right off of Main Street. Second bedroom has a cool hideaway top bunk bed. Great hot tub. Nice shower for the master suite. This is indeed a great, modern Main Street retreat.

Nestled in the pines of the Park City, Utah mountains. This retreat offers an elevator access penthouse. A great place to unwind. 2 bedroom offers a great escape from the city. Quick access to the city. Nice patio and BBQ.

Nice place! Nice kitchen space. Great steam shower in the master bathroom. Nice queen master and bunk beds for the kids in the other bedroom. 2 tv's. I love this contemporary little place. Hot tub on the top level.
