The master bedroom sanctuary includes a king size bed with a luxurious ensuite bath and a flat screen TV. The second stunning bedroom retreat features a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two queen beds along with a flat screen TV which allows everyone to enjoy their own television entertainment. The sofa in the elegant living room pulls out into another queen size bed! Linens, towels and a hair dryer are also provided for your convenience

The balcony, with a spectacular view of the lake, offers another element of relaxation as you sit outside and enjoy the many sights offered by the nature preserve as well as a view of the evening fireworks show from Seaworld. This luxurious unit, which has FREE wireless internet, also features a sumptuous dining area and an elegant living room with a 42 inch flat screen TV with DVD. Local telephone calls for included.

The fully furnished kitchen with corian countertops includes stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher and stove) as well as a garbage disposal and other convenient appliances such as a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Elegant dishes, flatware, glassware, cooking pots, pans and utensils are all included. There is no need to pack enough clothing to last your entire stay as this unit features a full sized washing machine and tumble dryer in the foyer and an iron and ironing board. There is even a high chair and pack'n'play for any little ones that may be staying with you!

Notes

  • 2. Reservation deposit and payment balance – A non-refundable reservation deposit of 20% of the total amount with a minimum of $250.00 is due at the time of making the reservation. The balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A copy of a valid driver’s license for person who has made the reservation will be need for verification. US residents - if full rental payment is not collected at time of reservation, the balance payment by personal check or credit card must be received 60 days prior to arrival, in order for funds to clear. There is a $50 fee for insufficient funds returned checks.
    Please note: there is a 3.5% service fee of the total amount charged, when paying by credit card.

    3. Registration and damage deposit (security deposit) – You will be pre-registered by FAX or email and must purchase Accidental Rental Damage Insurance offered by Travel Guard as your damage/security deposit for $45 which covers $500 in accidental damage.

thank you for an absolutely fabulous stay at Vista Cay.
My sister loved it and niece and nephew enjoyed every moment in the pool and their stunning home away from home.
