5-Star Swimming, Fishing & Boating: An over sized swimming deck for sun-bathing, fishing and jumping into the lake and a covered boat dock/dual jet ski ramp for your use. Boat and jet-ski downstream, right from the house, the best wakeboarding and tubing spot is a minute boat ride! This location provides very low boat traffic and the quality of the water is the best on LBJ. You can also head upstream and anchor off the granite rocks, the water is 10 degrees cooler here and provides the best swimming hole on LBJ.

The View: Breathtaking views of the lake and lush vegetation from both inside and outside the home. The two, waterfront upstairs bedrooms have amazing views of the lake with the master bedroom & upstairs living area doors opening onto a long balcony. The downstairs living area has large picture windows spanning the back of the home, providing natural light and wonderful views of the lake.

WE RECENTLY STAYED ON THE LAKE,THE WEEK OF THE 14TH THRU 18TH, THE HOUSE WAS GREAT,IT WAS QUIET RELAXING,THE VIEW WAS BREATH TAKING,TO WAKE UP TO EVERY MORNING AND TO WATCH THE SUN SET GO BEHIND THE HILLS, WAS BEAUTIFUL,WE COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER ACCOMADATIONS,WE ARE ALREADY PLANNING OUR NEXT VISIT THERE.THE HOUSE WAS WONDERFUL,SPACIOUS AND ALL ROOMS WERE RELAXING.THE AREA IT'S IN WAS GREAT.WE CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH,ON HOW MUCH WE ENJOYED OURSELVES,I HAVE ALREADY RECOMENDED THE HOUSE AND LAKE AREA,TO SEVERAL PEOPLE AND THEY ARE CHECKING OUT THE WEB SITE, ONCE AGAIN THANKS!! FOR A WONDERFUL VACATION.
