This luxury property is located in Old Town Ft. Collins. The trolley travels from City Park to downtown passing some of the most notable homes in the community on this prestigious historic street. You'll arrive at the private wrought-iron gated brick courtyard from Mountain Avenue into a rennovated, light-filled spacious foyer. These spaces were once home to the county and served as offices. In the adaptive re-use of the building, the architect and contractor owners have paid homage to the original character by retaining the colorful leaded glass windows and expanse of carved wood in the entry. The maple wood floors in the main living spaces reflect the light from the floor to ceiling windows for an open/expansive feel.
