You can rent just a cottage or a yurt or the entire property. Kingtown Beach is located in the heart of the Finger Lakes in Trumansburg, New York, 11 miles north of Ithaca, NY on the west shore of beautiful Cayuga Lake.
There are 4 State parks within 12 miles from our property and Tauhannock State Park with the highest waterfall in the East is 3 miles from our property.
Our property is right at the beginning of the Cayuga Wine Trail on Rte. 89 and is only 10 miles to the Seneca Wine Trail. And 11 miles to downtown Ithaca.

Surrounded by woods, our secluded, Four-bedroom, two-bath house sits right on the lake side, which you can drive right down to. Our eight two and three bedroom, one-bath, kitchenette with cathedral ceiling and loft bed cottages sit overlooking the lake, with only a short walk down to the beach, docks, hoists, we have two 24' Yurts, with bathrooms, kitchens, 2 bedrooms, pull out couch, airconditioning, front and back porches, fire/bbq pits. We are right at the beginning of the Cayuga Wine Trail on Rte: 89 and 15 minutes to the Seneca Wine Trail with 70+ Wineries, wonderful restaurants and lovely scenery. We are located 2 miles from the Village of Trumansburg, NY which has many Restaurants Pizza Parlors, GREAT Chinese Food, 2 large Grocery Stores, Laundry Mats, Hair Salons, Gyms, GREAT Golf Course and lots more! Buttermilk Falls, Robert Treman State Park, Cornell University, Ithaca College, Wells College, SUNY, Watkins Glen, Corning Glass Museum and much more.
Our season starts in March and closes depending on weather, typically November 30th. Our cottages are rented from March 1st through November 30th, for hunters, fishermen, and people looking for winter solace. Our two and three bedroom cottages each have a fully stocked kitchenette, full bath, and a loft area they include full linens, satelite TV and lots more! Our cottages are preferably rented by the week, but we will rent on a nightly (3 night minimum during the summer), weekly, and monthly basis.
Cayuga Lake (the most beautiful of the Finger Lakes) is part of the Barge Canal System which means you can boat from the Atlantic Ocean to Lake Ontario and all the way to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Geneva, and more. Cayuga Lake is 42 miles long. The widest point is three-and-one-half miles. The deepest spot is 435 feet, so you better wear your life jacket!
Cayuga Lake is wonderful for all those who love wine, boating, fishing, water skiing, jet skiing, sunsets, moonbeams, and rainbows. Fishermen enjoy an over abundance of landlocked salmon, lake, brown, and rainbow trout, pickerel, pike, perch, bass, and smelt (in the spring).
