This beautifully remodeled one hundred year old home has stunning wood floors and a beautiful and private English garden. It is a block away from the nation's most beautiful main street boasting fantastic shopping and a newly renovated theater with live acts, plays and movies. This home has a large Victorian living room in the front of the home decorated with ceiling to floor drapes framing the large antique windows. In the formal living room are an over stuffed couch and chair and a large leather ottoman with a game set with wood chess pieces. There is a tuned antique piano and red stand up bass for those who are musically inclided. The dining room is on the opposite side of the living room and houses a one of a kind handmade Vietamese table that seats eight and twelve using the triangular leaves. The kitchen is in the center of the house between the dining room and the Asian decorated sitting room. The kitchen has a large marble counter in the center with bar and bar stools on one side. There are Jennair and Bosch appliances, gas stove, a dish washer that cannot be heard, handmade pottery dishes and quality cookware. The sitting room has two large sets of French doors opening with a view of the backyard English garden. It houses a sixty inch flat screen television with full cable and leather couches from which to have comfortable viewing. All the floors in these rooms are made of English handcrafted wood and covered with beautiful Oriental carpets. The downstairs master bedroom is carpeted with Oriental rugs and an antique iron bed with the highest quality memory foam mattress, a sitting area with couch and chairs with a view to the back yard through the large French doors. There are two doors into the large downstairs bathroom, one from the hallway and one from the master bedroom.
