3 Bedrooms, 3 & 1/2 Baths, Sleeps 12

Point of View beach house has a large, wraparound second floor balcony with furniture and a smaller 3rd floor balcony. There is also a wraparound porch on first floor that overlooks the private pool. The pool area feels very secluded and private because of the landscaping all around the pool. From behind the pool in the backyard you will literally only walk about 10 steps right on to the boardwalk that takes you to the beach. There are no streets to cross. A small gulf view can be seen between homes from the second floor balcony. A whirlpool tub is in the master bath and wireless, high-speed Internet access is available if you bring a laptop computer. The home has a charcoal grill and two outdoor showers - one open shower on one side of the home and another enclosed shower with interior bench on the other side of the home. In addition, the home is ideally located only about 3/4 mile east of the resort community of of Seaside where there are restaurants and shopping.

Beaches of South Walton, part of the Emerald Coast, is famously known for its white, sandy beaches and emerald green water. Stay at Point of View beach house and bask in the sun on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

A cleaning fee, processing fee, and Florida state and Walton County local taxes are extra.

Most dogs, that are well behaved will be allowed for an additional non-refundable pet fee.

*** Four-night minimum stays are usually required over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Rates for winter major holidays are at the Fall Rate. Shorter stays will be considered closer to an arrival date if the property has not booked.

Great location, well designed, functional but needs maintenance

We stayed there for a week (April 6-13). Location was great, house was well designed and very functional. The rental agent was very responsive and I gave the agent a list of items that needed attention after our stay. Some could have been taken care of during our stay but frankly I do not want to be dealing with anyone calling to our rental when we are staying there. I have rented in FL, Europe and the Caribbean and expected a house of this caliber to be better maintained. The house was in major need of a paint job and the pool was a disappointment for several reasons. To echo the comments of the guest who stayed there on 12/22/12 the house needs some TLC
