Named “Magnolia Cottage' for the numerous Magnolia Trees on the property, this home is an original Seagrove Beach home updated & decorated to keep the feel of Old Seagrove. The home has a nice split floor plan all on one level & is ideal for satisfying the needs of a large family or sharing with another family. The large great room opens on to a Gulf front sunroom that runs the width of the home. 5 large sets of windows in the sunroom offer spectacular views. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths (showers only) with 2 bedrooms having views of the Gulf of Mexico through the sunroom. TV's are in the great room & all bedrooms. The main house can sleep up to 8 guests in beds plus an additional 4 guests by way of the sleeper sofas in the great room and sunroom. The optional separate pool-side guest room & private bath (shower only) can be rented for an additional fee and sleeps 2 more. Guests will enjoy a large, privacy fenced pool with pool-side furniture, a private beach stairway, charcoal grill, & Wifi if you bring a laptop computer.

Located 1/2 mile from the famous resort community of Seaside where there are restaurants & shopping and only a block or two from 'V' Restaurant, Whiskey 723 Restaurant, & Seagrove Village Market Cafe. Well behaved dogs will also be considered for an additional fee. Magnolia Cottage is an ideal, spacious, true original Beach House' for the family that wants a laid-back relaxing vacation.

Also, this home is only a block or two from 'V' Restaurant, Whiskey 723 Restaurant and Bar, and Seagrove Village Market Cafe. There is a gulf view from the upper deck at Whiskey 723 Restaurant. There are also 3 state parks about a 7 to 15 minute drive from this home.

We love the house! It's a great place to spend our Thanksgiving. The view is beautiful, and it is a great view for the sunsets. We lit the fireplace, and it was lovely. Both of our dogs came and loved it. They felt right at home. We hope to stay here in the future!

Loved it! 1st day here, and it's so pretty! Can't I just live here for ever and ever??! It's sooo cute! We don't want to leave on Saturday! The dog comes today. Can't wait! I absolutely love that this house is pet friendly. Thank you for letting us stay. Loved it!

We loved staying here. It's roomy, comfortable, peaceful, cozy, convenient, has a great house plan for the beach and great scenic views from within side the cottage. We enjoyed our stay so much we hated having to leave.
