The spacious Living Room features a large sectional sofa, which is centered in front of a 47' flat screen HDTV and the cozy fireplace. The décor is relaxed and inviting, echoing the cool blue colors of the Pacific Ocean outside. Adjacent to the Living Room is the Dining Room where ocean views provide a scenic backdrop while dining in style. The South-facing kitchen with whitewashed oak cabinets offers more coastal views. Like all Paradise Retreats homes, the kitchen is fully equipped for guests wanting to prepare a family meal or create an intimate dinner party with ease. The Family Room off the kitchen has easy access to the backyard. A 40' flat screen TV adds additional entertainment for this room, and for the chef in the Kitchen. The oceanfront downstairs bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a private doorway to the backyard. The second downstairs bedroom has mountain views, a Queen-size bed, and a full bathroom.

Upstairs, the Master Bedroom suite is serene with more ocean views from the luxurious King size bed and stylish sitting area. Sliding glass doors to the balcony bring in the cool breezes, and invite you to linger outside. The bistro table on the balcony will be a favorite place to enjoy the morning quiet, or to experience a sunset show of colors. A full bathroom with large shower completes this welcoming Master Suite. Two additional upstairs guest bedrooms will accommodate both adults and children. The first bedroom is a beach-themed room with Full bed and Twin trundle bed. The other upstairs has ocean views, and offers a daybed-style trundle bed. This room can be used as a quiet sitting room with bright daylight, and sunny décor.
