This expansive Santa Barbara oceanfront property provides unparalleled privacy, views, and private beach access. Enjoy all that this property has to offer: views of the Channel Islands, sunrises, sunsets, pool, spa, soothing sounds of the ocean, and much more. It is an incredible family home, and a vacation 'dream come true'! The property is a rambling, 4 bedroom, 6 bath, ranch-style home. There are ocean views from almost every room in the house. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The property offers plenty of privacy and room to spread out. Almost every inch of this ~2 acre property is well-tended. Lush lawns are shaded by mature and beautiful trees. Walkways meander around the park-like grounds, with shady spots to rest and relax.

Thank you for the use of your marvelous home. Everything was as enjoyable as can be! I doubt there is anything you could do to this place to make it any more ideal for vacationing. I was delighted to cook for my family in the huge and well supplied kitchen. We've made so many memories that we will treasure for a lifetime. WOW!! This house was absolutely gorgeous! We had a blast here. We wouldn't change a thing. We loved the pool and the private beach. The garden was beautiful as were the rooms. This was an amazing experience. Thank you so much for the memories!
