Relaxation is the first feeling you have when you enter this property. The beautifully appointed foyer is adjacent to an airy atrium which floods the room with natural light. Turn the corner into the Living Room, and see stunning Santa Cruz Island silhouetted in the distance. From the upper lanais, the sparkling Pacific spreads away from you like a giant swimming pool.
