This extremely cute oceanfront cottage on Miramar Beach was completely upgraded and re-decorated in 2008. It is the perfect destination for a couple or small family. This cozy retreat offers morning beach walks, brunch on the deck, and days on the sand w/ lunch at the house. Watch the ocean become glass-smooth, as another fantastic day fades from sunset to evening twilight.

    $2,000 security deposit refundable within 14 days of checkout. Deposit is reduced to $500 with purchase of Damage Waiver.
    30+ night stays require extra security deposit, and do not qualify for the Damage Waiver Program.
    It is our policy to not rent to groups under the age of 40.

Perfect Combination of Sea and Home

The house was a perfect combination of of sea and home. We had lots of fun during our brief stay here. It is wonderful to have all the amenities of home here. We loved waking up and seeing the ocean. We visited the zoo and went to the Ty Warner Sea Center. The restaurant's food was delicious every night. Thank you for sharing your amazing cottage by the sea!
