We were very happy the minute we walked through the door. The condo is better than pictured and extremely inviting and welcoming. We really appreciate the extra throws to have that cozy home feel! The beds are comfortable as well as the sofa (which is a nice change from the usual). The bedroom was great with "Mood" lighting as a special touch. It was nice to have unexpected extras in the condo which isn't expected such as dish soap, salt/pepper, napkins, toilet paper, etc. It's fully stocked with the essentials. The pool is very nice and you can see the lake from there. Great access to everything Hot Springs has to offer. We especially want to thank the owners for allowing us an extra visitor. We can't thank you enough for that. I would only suggest storing personal items in a separate place so that it doesn't feel like we are renting your home for a week. We would prefer not to have so many personal belongings to make it feel more like our home for the week. Lastly, please consider adding WiFi. Wireless internet should be a staple for every rental. Our next rental must have it and we would love to come back again. As a business owner, it was especially challenging as I learned that TMobile Wireless doesn't work in Hot Springs. Overall, we do appreciate the stay and you really have a great place and a great value. You allowed us a vacation with our family that we wouldn't otherwise have! This is a great place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to give it 5-Stars.
